Nice airport hotel
The van driver picking us up was great. When we got to the property the girl working the front desk was the complete opposite. I stood a few moments waiting to be greeted and was never acknowledged. So then I walked towards the desk and she then asked if she could help. She never once smiled, thanked us for our stay, acknowledged or reason for staying, nothing. She said we couldn’t add our Hiltons Rewards number to our account for billing food and other things to our room, we knew we couldn’t get the stay credit, but I’ve never had issues with getting points for food and such we billed to our room. But it was how she made us feel that really turned us off. The room was nice and big and the mattress dry comfortable. And the rest of the hotel staff from the restaurant to the Starbucks area were fantastic, and really made up for the initial first experience.
