The customer service was excellent…the GM reached out the morning of our stay to confirm we booked a ‘smoking’ room (we didn’t mean to, and she switched us to a non-smoking room). The room was also very spacious compared to similar rooms in other hotels. Our only complaint was the breakfast. It was very basic (e.g., bagels, instant oatmeal, waffle maker)…no eggs/sausage, no yoghurt, no fresh fruit.
