I got charged twice (once by hotels.com and then once more at the property). They stated it was the security deposit they were taking, which was weird because it was showing 161$, and now I’m blocked with 2 charges and they don’t want to refund me, stating it’s not their fault. Their staff is new and very untrained. I have been staying in many of this chain’s hotels, this one is a disaster.
