On check in got “upgraded” to a very dated villa. Found a used napkin next to the bed after I had already spent two nights there (totally unacceptable), obviously housekeeping not at their best! House keeping staff did not spray a fragrance in the room after “cleaning” and left their own odour lingering in the room.
Got moved to a different room after finding the used tissue. Was offered free breakfast, which was not relayed to breakfast team causing further inconvenience.
Breakfast staff member was coughing over the food whilst he was cleaning the serving spoons. Absolutely not acceptable, please maintain a basic hygiene level!! Guest eat the food you just coughed over!
Front security team failed to organise buggy service on asking twice, so walked instead.
Friendliest of staff was Tarsem in the front of house team welcoming and departing guests. Did exactly what he said he would.
Overall 2* only because the final nights room was nicer then the villa. Otherwise this is a very substandard run property. Most staff members need training of what 5* service should be.
