Stayed her twice for 3 to 7 nights overall very good. Last stay no sink plug previous stay hairdryer not working but overall satisfactory. Different pricing on different hotel sites so look around.

It was an amazing place to stay, very clean and calm, though the heating wasn’t coming up and it was actually cold which I did report but nothing was done about it but apart from that it was a lovely place to stay.

It is very noisy, shower drainage was blocked , hair in bed. Generally can not sleep during day a lot of doors banging , sounded like staff going into cleaning room.

“Couldn’t fault anything about our stay. The room was clean and very comfortable, with a lovely bathroom and a spacious shower. There was plenty of hanging space for clothes, which was really useful, and the hairdryer was a nice touch. The bed was incredibly comfy and made for a great night’s sleep. The man on reception was so friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even better. Would definitely stay again!”

Everything was good, breakfast was not good, do not opt in for breakfast, they have a very small menu and only pastries and breads (not many options) are buffet , they do not have a coffee machine so you have to order and then they give you a black coffee made of instant coffee doesn’t taste good, you also have to place an order for eggs and they were okish

Booked a standard double through hotels.com and we couldn’t stay there as we were allocated a disabled dirty room (mold and mildrew in the bathroom bad drain smell). My partner is having cancer treatment so I explained we needed another room. The manager and assistant manwell said that the hotel was full and we couldn’t change rooms as the hotel was full. So we had to leave and book else where. I have called hotels .com to obtain a refund but they are awaiting the e we welcome inn to respond (no call answer from the hotel), so poor. It’s not 4 days later and I have been requesting my refund through hotel.com so since Sunday !!

2 light bulbs didn’t work, so only had the big light or 1 bed side light. Carpet and bed base were dirty…stained. Lift didn’t work, which we weren’t told about. Room had clean linen and towels. Plenty of coffee and milk. Plenty of parking.

Stay was below expectations. Staff were okay, but parking felt unsafe. The corridor had an unpleasant smell and the lift was out of order. The room wasn’t well maintained—small TV and a poorly conditioned hairdryer.

Lift was out of order. Door card didn't work so had to go back to reception. Bloke on reception didn't apologise for the card not working, just told me "it is working" despite the fact that I had just tried it! He finally sorted and just shoved it back at me. Thank you! Room was extremely warm (we stayed May Bank Holiday and we certainly did not have a heatwave!). One bed was horribly soft with no support whatsoever. Pillows were very poor quality and almost non existent. Hotel was extremely noisy - there must have been a few families staying at the same time who knew each other as the kids were running between rooms, up and down the corridors shouting and screaming, banging on the doors and parents were shouting to each other from one end of the hallway to the other to "talk" to each other. Finally quietens down and we get woken up in the early hours by a couple of blokes who have clearly had an awesome night out. They spent ages in the corridors having a very loud discussion about their pub*c hair and then singing about it! Have stayed before but won't book again after this. There must have been a change of ownership for it to have gone down hill so quickly

Check in was easy and quick. Free car parking. Quite a bit of noise from the road though and creaky floor in room and corridors. Given how warm it’s been the rooms were a good reasonable temperature. Nice bathroom.

Very cheap but obv cheap for a reason. Bit grubby, bed a bit old, staff not very helpful, but loads of free parking and a nice pub over the road. Got 1 room for 4 of us which made it even cheaper. Only a short drive to the peak district. Overall well worth it. Will be back again for sure

Check in was decent enough, free parking but didn’t feel secure. People not parked between the lines so made some parking difficult. Floor was very stained and behind the headboard was very dusty. Beds moved as were on wheels and worst bed I’ve slept on, felt like a thin piece is plastic. Air con didn’t work and main light didn’t work either. Bathroom was clean and shower was the saving grace as was powerful.

First walked into the room and was hit with the smell of cigarettes, the bedding had hair on it and was covered in some sort of stains. The AC unit might aswell not even be in the room as it didn’t work, bathroom had some brown stains all across the floor don’t want to think what events happened in there. Checked in for 5 hours and left

Avoid short version staff amazing. Decor dirty, smelly, ripped stain carpets on landing and in room. Rooms spacious comfy beds but don't except to sleep 😴 doors banging kids screaming and running up and down corridors and prostitutes leaving around 5am standing outside broadcasting and comparing notes with each other... don't bother complaining staff knew about the prostitutes outside as they kicked them out off reception for being loud
