The hotel locates about 15 m from the southeast exit of the Central Station.
Due to a large on-going construction of a new light rail around the hotel, it was hard to find from the north exit of the Central Station.
Ground floor of the hotel is a sports pub and the reception of the hotel is operated in the counter of the pub. It is difficult to find or understand for the first-time guest.
Hotel staff was friendly and kindly.
A room was simple and old, but was kept well and properly cleaned.
Bath room seemed to be reformed recently and was very clean. The water flow of the shower was not sufficient for me. Washbowl was extremely small and hard to wash my cloths.
My room was on the 2nd floor (3rd floor in the JP or US style), and I didn't hear any noise from the ground-floor pub. However, dins from restaurants around the building and over-night noises of the light-rail construction were not comfortable, which was not a fault of the hotel.
Looking overall, I am satisfied with the hotel.
