The hotel is reasonably priced considering the convenience of the location. There is an Erewhon, Whole Foods, and CVS within a 10-minute walk, not a few restaurants within walking distance, and there are several bus stops nearby, including one right in front of the hotel.
It may depend on the room, but the room I stayed in had a refrigerator and microwave, which was convenient. On the other hand, it may have been renovated during the pandemic, but it was inconvenient that there was no closet, although there was a washbasin right after entering the room.
Note that room cleaning is not done unless requested. I thought it was just a change of bed linen, but it does not include changing towels or disposing of trash in the in-room trash cans.
Breakfast is free, but it is limited to bagels, cheese burritos, oatmeal, waffles, one type of fruit, coffee and other beverages (including non-100% juice) and boiled eggs. I guess it depends on the time of year. It is filling enough, but don't expect too much.
