"This hotel is still my favorite one in the area. Nice, big and clean rooms. Their breakfast is really good. The only part I didn't like was the construction during my stay. After suffering the drilling noise, I requested to get moved to a lower floor. The staff was very helpful about it and the noise level was almost unnoticeable in my new room. "In my opinion this is the best hotel in Santiago. Rooms are large with stunning views of the Andes mountains. Well kept facilities, well trained staff and a terrace/pool area that’s a true oasis in a very busy city with warm temperatures 9 or 10 months of the year. "

He made my girlfriend and I feel very welcome and was more than happy to answer my questions and give recommendations. The hotel itself is stunning. The front common area has huge fireplace and a lot of windows which gives a great view of the mountains. The breakfast that was included was wonderful too.
