A busy week in Cancun
Room was very clean, mostly quiet. Not much of a view as my room was directly across from Sam’s . There were several outstanding restaurants within walking distance of my building. 1/2 mile walk but well worth it. Staff were friendly and helpful. Using uber to get around is your best bet.

The property conditions, location and the place is great, however they only gave us one key upon check in and in past stays they refused to give two keys, one for my family and one for me, so whenever I go to work and come back to the hotel, my wife does not need to go down to open doors for me. It is really annoying to have this situation always when I stay at the property. Beside this, yesterday I came back to the hotel and requested the front desk guy to update my key and he was arguing that the key it does not belong to me since it was batched out to another room, I guess it got mixed up with another room due to system error however the guy started saying to me that I should give back the key and complaining to me (as a guest), this situation was really unpleasant and really ruined my stay.

Have you experienced an Expedia’s app hlitch? Where the dates are wrongly set up a-f-t-e-r you paid for your booking? That’s one of those situations! Expedia says it’s the hotel’s fault, the hotel is not reimbursing… an otherwise frustrating situation. Bottom line: paid but never used it!

I made sure that I got a property with a kitchenette. There was absolutely no kitchen where, no pots pans dishes, paper towels, cloth towels utensils. Nothing. What’s the point of getting a kitchenette if you can’t use it. I did come to find out that they sell paper bags worth of Kitchen collections? I’m assuming it’s probably stuff people bought and left behind. Also I found dead bug carcasses stuck to the flooring and under some furniture. I was working through Expedia and between about seven hours worth of phone calls with no help from the front desk. I was able to move out of the room to a different hotel.
