チェックアウト当日、フロントに誰も居らず、電話するも近くで呼び出し音がなり ボイスメールに切り替わるだけ。メッセージを残し、メールするも誰も現れず、カギの返却に苦心した。部屋の中に置いて出ることをメールして退去したが、これが出国当日などだったら笑い話にもならない。お詫びのメールが届いたが、高額な宿泊料金を支払って部屋は満足しただけに残念。

La peor experiencia de mi vida
Muy mal, reservamos departamento para 4 personas y solo tenía una cama king, respuesta tanto de la administradora como de hoteles que ellos aclararon q era una sola cama, entonces pra que lo ponen como opción para 4 personas? Llegamos 19 hs no había nadie para abrirnos, en la reserva decía a partir de las 15 hs y resulta que en realidad era de 15 a 17 hs, solo día horas para llegar????
hoteles.com no supo resolver nuestra situación, solos logramos conseguir el tel de la administradora y logramos q nos abra. No cambiaban toallas ni limpiaban ni hacían la cama y hasta nos dejaron sin papel higiénico, lo pedimos y nada. Un desastre total!

A good place to rent
More of a furnished Apartment rather then hotel. No gift was given upon arrival. A room with a view wouldve been nice like it was advertised. Although staff was very friendly, room was clean and very welcoming. Parking was there like promised.

Nice hotel close to UCLA
This turned out to be an excellent choice for attending my daughter's graduation ceremony. Directly across the street from the UCLA campus on the southeast side on sorority row. Also close to Westwood shopping and restaurants.

1br condos r/than hotel, but GREAT
Since this is furnished condos for rent next to UCLA, rather than hotel, be sure you arrange
when you arrive (desk staffed like 8-5 but they will meet you later), but otherwise--talk about value!
Under $200 this visit (Feb. 2-7 '17) for a spacious 1br with full kitchen, washer-dryer in walk-in closet
too. They like renting for a month or more, presumably if you're
visiting UCLA in particular, but were happy to take us for 5 days
while we were seeing old films at the Hammer Museum. B+ for mattress comfort, A+ for everything else.
