Only stayed one when I booked for two the window was broken made a noise all night so we left at 6 am the room was tiny not big enough for two people. We had two hand towels to get a shower with. The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in

DO NOT BOOK
Superior double with sea view, room 19. Bathroom - smelt of urine, ceiling light fitting hanging off, sink not secure, mouldy shower curtain, shower disgusting, bath towels paper thin. Bedroom - wallpaper hanging off, water streaks down the walls, mould on the ceilings, skirting boards filthy. Window - lock broken, filthy window, could hardly see through. Smelt so bad. I have nothing nice to say about this place.

Well where to start.. upon arrival we were checked in early and shown to our room. We booked a superior double room sea view. The room was tiny and the window catch was broken so it didn’t shut properly. It was blowing a gale outside and was cold and noisy. The owner agreed to swap our room but no sea view . The replacement room although was bigger had 3 beds in it the cleanliness was the same dirty walls and hairy skirting boards. Pulled out the single bed to close the curtains to find it fill of rubbish .. a bun and wrapper an inhaler under the double bed just generally needs a good clean and lick of paint. The carpets are all frayed and need replacing. We were disappointed because we booked going off of the pictures it looks so nice. And when you walk in it’s clean and tidy but to then be shown to a room that clearly is dirty how can you be proud to do this. Could be a nice place to stay just needs some tlc.

Extremely disappointing
Extremely disappointing, it’s not what it advertises, holes in the ceiling, rooms dusty, showers rusted, was given dirty towels, was told we had to be in by 12am. First room offered had no heating, door handle was hanging off and damp. Wish I’d took photos

PLEASE DO NOT BE FOOLED!! THIS HOTEL DOES NOT EVEN DESERVE TO BE CALLED A HOTEL!! Me and my husband needed a place for the night as we had been travelling on the road for a long time. We only booked this hotel as the check in time was till 11.30pm. When we arrived the person who checked us in was quite rude. He asked us what we was doing in Blackpool in such a demeaning manner. He also asked where we were coming from which came across very inappropriate. The room is nothing as pictured. I wish I had read the reviews as many people have said the same. The room was a box room; the state of the room was disgusting. The room smelt of damp. The toilet light did not work and the bath as a whole was extremely tiny that i felt claustrophobic. We couldn't even find the person after to tell him that the light wasn't working. We returned the keys and left. I would have much rather slept in the car then to have spent the night in such a room. Yes the hotel is opposite the sea but what's the point when the entire atmosphere of the hotel and room feels like something out of the film Psycho?! DON'T BE FOOLED BY THE PRICE!! I'VE PAID THE SAME AMOUNT AND HAVE GOTTEN AMAZING ROOMS!!!

Horrible !NEVER AGAIN
Terrible! We was given a used room!!! Someone had already been inside! One of the bed was was not made , Dirty towel was on bed , used tea cup! ! It was SHOCKING ! No one was at reception to talk to. Because It was late , we asked for a late check in not a USED room!!. - Also the mattress weren’t comfy at all!, the room was dirty! , towels were dirty, floor was dirty and shower was horrible. - the next morning when we spoke to the manager, he said the beds are new. ..NOTHING ELSE! -We didn’t want to argue so we just left and thought we’ll just leave a review.

Not bad for the money
The room was small and very basic but for around the £30 mark we couldn’t really complain. Good location on the sea front.

location was the main good part of this hotel. The rooms were awfully small with stains on the bedding. The rooms walls are very thin and this caused a huge problem at night bc we hardly slept and oh the mattress had a spring feeling on the back, very discomforted. The owner was arguing with this wife at 9am as we were getting set to check out. We left behind sliders (sandals) in the bathroom but we went back to look for them, they said they were in the bin? Not about the money but why lie as my mrs tied the bins and left them to aside. Unless the sliders slid across the floor untied the bag and slid in! Overall this place is a 2/10. We stayed for 4 days and was terrible not even an okay. Whilst sat in the lounge the owner was always arguing with other customers which is okay but ruins the mood lol. Anyways thanks for reading and thank me bc this hotel is quite disappointing, before it was too late.
