This is a great, family-friendly place; lots of outdoor activities, well-maintained pool and grounds and even free balls/sports equipment.
The 2-bedroom ridge view cabin is a little small so go for another one perhaps.

We enjoyed a long weekend stay. The 3 bedroom accommodation was comfortable and clean. Staff were helpful. Unfortunately the microwave was on it's last legs & there was only one pan to cook - for a room that can fit 8 people this seems limited. The restaurant only offered pizza during our stay which was unexpected - hence us attempting to cook with one pan. We did enjoy the pizza on our first night though. We were considering the breakfast buffet but witnessed a staff member eat from it with their bare hands. The option for takeaway coffees was appreciated. The kids had a great time and always love the activity spaces available.

Booking was made with "pay at property" for 3 rooms. I received a call 2 days before from the duty manager insisting that I pay for all 3 rooms despite me advising that my confirmation has pay at property. She also insisted that I paid for all 3 rooms on the one card even after I told her it is 3 separate families. Upon arrival the check in staff was lovely and check in was very quick. The cabins were nice but our bathroom floor had a lot of hair on the floor. Reception came to clean it after we raised this

A very comfortable holiday park, such a great location for exploring Canberra. We were traveling in July and it was quite a cold day when we arrived. It was a lovely welcoming touch when we opened the door to find the aircon running and the villa toasty and warm. The highlight though was the shower - one of the best I have ever had!

Great place and facilities. A lot of broken gear in the Rec Room on a wet visit was a little disappointing.

Kitchen cupboards had dirt/bugs present. No cups or glasses for kids, only tiny wine glasses for them to drink out of. Barely enough plates etc for our family of 4 so had to wash after each meal before dessert etc. Cabin was freezing. Heater didn't work properly. Ran out of hot water after 2 short showers. Too far from shops just to walk to grab milk and bread etc. Not even a little milk provided for coffee. Had to buy 1L awful uht milk from their overpriced shop for $5.00. Rediculous! Facilities and rooms look nice but wasn't practical or pleasant for us. Unfriendly/unhelpful staff. Won't stay here again.

Unclean and poorly equiped
All of the crockery, cutlery and glassware in the cabin was dirty and had to be washed before use. There was no dishcloth nor tea towel in the cabin so I had to ask the reception for them. There were only 2 dinner plates in the cabin which sleeps 5 people. I would not recommend staying here.
