Great location just outside the center but in a nice neighborhood with everything available around you. Apartment is clean modern and spacious with all amenities available. We really enjoyed our stay. Host communication is excellent and all our needs where met immediately. We highly recommend this place.

Very nice room! Everything was updated, clean and has good air conditioning! It’s a manageable walk from the old city center. Has good security on the rooms too, it felt safe and secure

We had a great stay. the host was amazing, we arrived earlier than expected and as soon as room was available host let us check in which was great since we were returning from a cruise. We had an issue with the hot water and the problem was taken care of the same day and host was on top of it. Location is a little farther from the Vatican area but it’s a nice area, I would say more to the center of Rome, transportation is very close /accessible. There are great places to eat, shops, mini marts, walking distance to pizza del popolo, VillaBorghese gardens and Spanish Steps. There’s also a great restaurant and hangout place open till late called Treebar right across from there in the park amazing. I would definitely stay there again and recommend to friends and family. Thank you Casa Flaminia for your attention 🙏

We really loved our stay here! The property was beautiful. It had a cute little balcony into the courtyard. Pretty walkable from the happening areas of the city. About 10-15 straight down the street before it is busy and touristy but the area itself felt perfectly safe. Hosts were very pleasant to correspond with. More responsive on WhatsApp but I have found this to be super common in the places I’ve stayed. Always a good idea to have it downloaded. Super comfortable and super clean and pretty.

Wir waren als 5 köpfige Familie unterwegs und uns standen beide Appartments (Puccini und Tosca) zur Verfügung. Sehr sauber und super angenehme Betten. Außerdem standen uns auch zwei Duschbäder und eine Küche zur Verfügung. In 10-15min erreicht man fußläufig die Piazza del Popolo und dann ist man schon mittendrin in Roms wunderschöner Altstadt. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

I found the check-in process to be quite difficult to navigate. Also when I arrived at the address I had no idea if I was even in the right place or who to contact since there was obviously no reception desk. Eventually I got a hold of the host and he was very friendly and apologized for the inconvenience. The room was great, modern and clean. The area is a bit further away from the centre but for the price that’s to be expected.

It was no communication between me and the staff it took me almost two hours to get in no staff to talk to and i got kids and luggage it was too hot it was trouble it was bad bad bad and they charged me different fees than i was supposed to pay( $82) they charged me (96 euros) which is wrong I just owed them $82 only , i had a bad experience with them
