大きなビジネスホテルです。 駐車場が広く、使いやすいです。 部屋はビジネスホテルで、必要なものは揃っています。 カフェとレストランがあります。 チェックインはセルフです。 エクスペディアで予約したのですが表示されず、チェックインはスタッフに依頼しました。 車で10分ほどでマクドナルドやスーパーがありました。

Excellent hotel, perfect location to go to the arena across the river. With a costa cafe in the hotel, which is very convenient. The receptionist was very helpful and nice to talk to. The room had a lovely view, and the premium amenities of the room are totally worth it. Loved staying here :)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, room was most comfortable and staff, for the most part were extremely helpful and friendly (only exception was in the breakfast restaurant). We would be happy to stay there again but the location didn't seem to be very central to attractions.

I stayed at this hotel for the ERA Congress held at the SEC Centre. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the venue, and it was very convenient to return to the hotel between sessions for a quick rest. There were no convenience stores in the immediate area, but a train station was nearby, and there were several good restaurants within walking distance beyond the station. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and ideally located for conference attendees. I would gladly stay here again for any future events at the SEC Centre and would highly recommend it to other visitors.

Location is great. Could have a quiet walk along the river. LIDL grocery store, McDonald and Big Lick’s restaurant and a subway station is within 10 minutes walking distance. Room clean is done very well. Hope WiFi could be faster and there could be fitness facilities.

Amazing stay!!! First, front desk Denise is a QUEEN. She gave me so many helpful tips knowing it's my first time in Scotland (and I took her up on it, the Riverside Museum was fantastic!), and she even gave me a bunch of Scottish goodies. I was INCREDIBLY touched. What an amazing staff you have. Please give her a raise and a promotion and a bonus. The rooms are fantastic too. Nice and roomy with everything I need. Also a bonus to have a Costa Coffee right downstairs. Although it's no city center, it's a quick bus ride to the center and I can easily walk to the University, so it's a fantastic location! Thank you so much!

en dessous de notre attente mais proche du centre de congrès particularité: il faut exprimer son souhait de faire le ménage chaque matin sinon ce n'est pas fait systématiquement petit déjeuner en quantité suffisante mais de qualité très moyenne le personnel n'est pas en nombre suffisant mais certains font ce qu'il faut une fois sollicité

The hotel has a tired look and not well cleaned. This is evident in the elevators, the hallways and the room. The bathrooms were clean but there was pizza cheese stuck to the carpet where you put your feet down beside the bed. The furniture in the lounge and restaurant shows signs of heavy use. The meals were jut ok but the staff were cheerful and helpful.

Clean, room, needed a little explanation on key card needs to stay in slot by door to operate lights, left early 4:30am no instructions to check out , staff not around, no breakfast so no review on that. Didnt realize paid parking to stay at hotel
