The hotel is located in a beautiful area, and we had a lovely view of the bay from our room. The room itself was very well equipped and comfortable. The only issue we had was with cleanliness. Some of the white towels had yellow stains, and the lower shelves of the bedside tables were dusty and sticky. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but the cleanliness could definitely be improved.

wifi is poor. both wifi login suggested are not working properly . My cell phone data has no signal. thats why i cannot even know the temperature next day / get connected with my family in toronto. soap dispenser inside shower doesnt function properly. need to ask for hair dryer and extra garbage bags. towels are not clean, some hair on “new” towels. luckily i brought mine.

This was a convenient location! Right by the water with a beautiful view. There was a good quality Farmer's Market on Saturday right nearby. Close acess to 1 of the trails. The Lions Head Trail was about a 30 minute walk away. We brought wood and use the firepit. One thing we didnt like was we couldn't lock the patio door. They did have a piece of trim to stop the door from opening more than 6". I guess for a small town its not a big deal?? It is a small town and feels very safe.

I was expecting more from the property I was there for a work stay and had no internet, no wifi. There was no where to really eat so thank goodness I had the kitchenette The dishes had to be washed before I could use them. The staff was barely present and wasn’t forth coming with any information The marina was beautiful it was be the best part of being there.

It was a beautiful room, but there was no physical contact with the front desk. I never saw the person in charge, only talked on the phone and was told he was at another property and wouldn't be coming to where I was. It was unsettling. They had left my key in the door so I got into my room ok but will probably not be back

I strongly advise others to avoid staying at this property. My experience was completely unacceptable and raised serious safety concerns. The room was not secure. Neither the door nor the windows locked properly, making me feel unsafe throughout my stay. A hotel should provide the most basic level of security for its guests, and this property failed to do so. The website also falsely advertised that the room had air conditioning. When I discovered there was no air conditioning, I called the office. They sent a maintenance worker, who informed me that the air conditioner was not working. I contacted the office again, only to be told that the room did not have air conditioning at all. This was misleading and deceptive advertising. I also reported the broken locks on the door, but the office staff simply said there was nothing they could do. No alternative room was offered, no repairs were made, and no attempt was made to address the safety issue. The combination of misleading advertising, poor maintenance, lack of security, and unhelpful customer service made this one of the worst lodging experiences I have had. I would not recommend this property to anyone. Guests should not have to worry about their safety or whether the amenities they paid for actually exist. See pictures and they only have a wood to locked the door which is shorter and could not completely secure (see the circle). Also I use my tripod to locked the window but I forgot to take a picture.

Telephone au mur pour appeler la Reception qui est fermée à notre arrivée en fin d’après-midi. Réponse: clé sur la porte de l’unité 2. Un employé sort d’un local, pieds nus, il ne parle ni ne semble comprendre l’anglais. On réussi à comprendre que la borne électrique que nous tentons d’utiliser est défectueuse. Bon point aucune application requise pour cette borne. Chambre rénovée, bien située pour accès au lac et aux commerces.
