I enjoyed my brief overnight stay last week … however the first room I was in the tv was not functional. They moved me to a 2nd room which was an upgrade with a living room component which was nice… but the tv in the bedroom was also non functional. The tv in the living room was fine. Overall it is a clean and cool place with dope outdoor spaces to catch some fresh air and vibe. I might give them another chance

I booked the hotel for the price due to the convienient location to the Javits center. Overall the stay was good but the building definitely needs updates as others said. The room was clean enough, no bugs or dust, and I felt comfortable enough to sleep there. The shower design is questionable, as the shower door doesn't adequately keep water in the actual shower and leaked water all over the bathroom. This wasn't an issue for me, but I felt bad that house keeping has to deal with it. The queen bed didn't really feel like a Queen but it was still enough room for 2 adults to sleep conformably. The bed and pillows were also comfortable. The AC did make noise but I didn't mindnlike others did. We were missing the remote to the TV but it was brought up right away after we asked for a replacement. The staff were really nice and helpful. I would stay there again.

City chic hotel with ‘motel’ bones, still one of the bigger hotel rooms that I have seen before in NYC. TV streaming stick didn’t work, remote control didn’t work, accent wallpaper above headboard peeling, bathroom door didn’t lock, clear signs of recent party activity for room (tape on ceiling) and 2 big laundry bags left outside of door first 2 days. The mini fridge was a welcome perk! Water station was refreshing amenity with the heat!

The hotel was clean and affordable and for anyone comfortable with using public transportation, actually convenient (take the 42nd Street bus to the train lines, with express trains all stopping at 42nd Street stations). It would have been a perfect stay...However, we checked in directly after the World Cup, and the hotel was still catching up. Neither of our rooms had a tv remote and my room was missing the Fire stick, so still didn't work after we got a remote dropped off. Two nights and we never had the amenity of TV in either room, which was a bummer b.c we missed watching our morning dose of Tour de France coverage, which is a family tradition in Summer.

I rarely write reviews, even though I travel extensively and have booked probably over 100 nights through Hotels.com this year. But I have to give credit to this hotel -especially the wonderful staff, who truly go above and beyond. I accidentally had a package delivered after I had already checked out, and the staff kindly took care of returning it for me. Thank you! ❤️ They were amazing throughout my entire stay. The hotel is spotless, and the rooms are modern and chic, with comfortable beds, a refrigerator, and good air conditioning. The super-trendy lobby makes a great first impression. It’s easy to pull your vehicle up outside for free while loading or unloading luggage, and a doorman can help if needed. In New York City, having a convenient place to pull in really matters. Reasonably priced parking with in-and-out privileges is also available nearby. The location is excellent—a short walk from the Javits Center, Times Square, and the subway, with an ALDI right up the street. There are tons of restaurants nearby. There’s also a fantastic outdoor courtyard, free filtered water, an ATM, and a billiards room. I will stay here again in a few months! Tips - don't buy tickets to Comedy Central from guys in Time's Square (scam). Get the hop-on-off bus tour but go in the morning/night when not in direct sun. Very interesting! Wicked on Broadway 15/10.
