It was good, as special treatments for Songkran season. The Spa was closed but we were recommend to another Peak Span with discount and one way transport.
However, at the time of check-out, the staff was struggled with processing the credit card payment and we had to wait for 20+mins for it though we were rushing for going to the airport.
After the processing she was staying on speaking on the phone with her colleagues about the processing without seeing guests off.
Also, later on received email from hotel that the initial deposit payment wasn’t cancelled immediately but have to be on held for 15 days subject to refund.
To sum up mentioned issues above are terrible.
No intention to blame that staff just because of her lacking of experience but the hotel shouldn’t put her on the morning shift as the sole front operation.
Secondly the staff should not stay on the phone but she should send the guest off particularly after her having caused inconveniences to the guests.
Lastly, the Payments was anyhow not processed smoothly but double charged but subject to refund of the initial one.
So disappointing.
