Super rummelig lejlighed med en fremragende placering. Alt spiller for en familie på 4-6 personer som skal rundt i Napoli.

Our stay at Colonna excellent! The apartment was very clean, cozy and large! Our family of 5 were very comfortable in our stay and the place had 2 large bathrooms which was a huge plus! The location is also excellent as it is in the more quiet upscale area of Chiaia and just a fun stroll away from Spanish Quarters and Historic Center city! Chiaia itself has several very nice places to eat and plenty of very nice shops to shop. The check in process was seamless and all online which made things very easy! We highly recommend this apartment through Wonderful Italy!

Appartamento ampio, comodo, ben isolato, situato in zona tranquilla e servita.

Overall, I was disappointed with this stay and unfortunately wouldn’t choose it again. The kitchen air conditioning didn’t work, making it uncomfortable in the summer heat. There were also very few plug sockets compatible with standard adaptors, making it difficult to use the iron or charge devices using original charging plugs. The TV was unusable. Although it connected to Wi-Fi, we couldn’t access normal channels or log into Netflix or Amazon Prime. The shower had very poor water pressure, and the smaller shower head repeatedly fell off, even hitting me on the head. The balcony was the biggest disappointment. When I booked, there was only one photo taken from inside the room, so you couldn’t actually see the balcony itself. In reality, it’s a tiny enclosed space surrounded by white walls with no view. Had this been shown clearly, I wouldn’t have booked. When we reported these issues, the host suggested they would be resolved, but nothing was done. Guests are expected to pay an additional €18.50 cleaning fee, which I don’t think is justified when there’s no housekeeping during a six-night stay and the same towels are used throughout. Checkout at 10am was very early, with no option for a later checkout. Luggage storage was only offered via a referral link to a facility 13 minutes away, which wasn’t practical with large suitcases before an evening flight. The location was convenient, but the issues outweighed the positives, so I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Bad service but location is great

Location is nice, very close to local train connection ( best way to travel around Naples). Top floor of the building. Communication with company and service is main problem in this apartment. I was first contacted by one person about my arrival few days before, 24 hours before other person again contacted. It is looks like they dont talk to each other. I asked for second key, reply was No, i pushed and i got a second key after all. Apartment was dusty, wc was not cleaned. Shower was broken. It took 48 hours after many messages to fix shower. When shower was fixed, they never came to clean after shower repairs ( shower was full of mud steps, but they refuce to admit their fault, and send cleaning). One more, apartment is full of ants or termits..if you are not afraid, come to experience this place.
