It was my second time staying at The Roseate and the experience was just as good as the first time. The personnel are fantastic, very professional, friendly and helpful. I stayed 2 nights and enjoyed this hotel. Perfect location just a shirt walk to town centre. Also a short walk to the station. Very quiet area but close to everything. The room was clean and spacious and a good size shower (which I prefer to a bath/shower combo). Staff were very nice and helpful. The room has a coffee machine and a kettle, but no cups or coffee pods, sachets or sugar. I called reception and asked them to send something up and they only delivered two pods and a few cubes of sugar. I would have really like d more options and all hotels of this nature that I’ve stayed in have had a good selection in the room. I’d definitely return though.
