The photos on the website look better than reality, the room was very run down, broken, chipped, greasy fingerprints on the fridge and microwave, dirty doors, quite shabby, it needs remodeling badly, I will not be returning there. I paid almost $200 for 1 night stay, but it should be priced at $70.

We stayed here for three days on Memorial Day weekend. The king size bed was excellent as well as the table 2 chairs and a couch. We’re planning on coming back when we need to find a place to stay. That’s not really expensive. And had a microwave small refrigerator like under the counter, but it was a larger than what you find in other hotel rooms. If you just looking for a comfortable place without being on the beach and paying over price hotel rooms, this is a good find

Wall paper was peeling throughout the room, there was a smell of urine, the beds weren’t made, bathroom door was chipped and shower was stained, the chain lock on the door was also not useable.

I’ve been vacationing on the Cape for many years and have stayed at many places. For the money, this was great. It was clean. Most places at the Cape are older and weathered. When we arrived, the manager was very nice. I had booked two rooms and didn’t think at the time to request bottom floor and rooms together. He was able to do that and we had a bigger room which we did not have to pay extra for. We had trouble getting the tv to work and there was a crack in the blow dryer plug - I told the manager - when we came back the tv was working fine and another blow dryer. Didn’t have to ask twice. The fridge with freezer too was on when we arrived which was nice, but the smaller types like this do not freeze well on top. It didn’t really matter for our stay. Also, a convenient ice machine. I’d stay again. For the money, service and location it was what we needed. Manager was great!
