Leonardo Royal Hotel Edinburgh
"Stayed one night, hotel clean, great location."
Apex Grassmarket Hotel
"Great location. No air conditioning so room felt stuffy. Hotel had nice breakfast. Location was the key"
Dalmahoy Hotel & Country Club
"Great pool"
Apex City of Edinburgh Hotel
"The staff at this hotel, (particularly Amos and Sharon) were exceptional. Unfortunately I had the misfortune of falling quite ill during my stay, during breakfast of all times on the day of my checkout, and these individuals responded to my situation in an extremely professional manner. They catered to my needs at the time with tremendous empathy and concern, and made sure my wife was informed and comfortable with the medical procedures of a foreign country regarding ambulatory transportation, and her accommodations for that night. Even though the hotel was fully booked, they managed to secure a room for her so she didn't have to relocate. Obviously I have nothing but praise for this hotel. If I'm ever in Edinburgh again, this will be my preferred choice. I am back in Canada now and doing much better and wish to express my sincere thanks as well as utmost congratulations to these two outstanding individuals. This hotel is very fortunate to have them in their employ. ."
Point A Edinburgh Haymarket
"Room was small, no in room facilities to make a hot drink. Lack of storage for luggage and clothing, would recommend as a short stay location only. Great location though, lots of food options"
Virgin Hotels Edinburgh
"We were upgraded to a larger room and had early check in. The room was really nice, clean, comfy bed, and well laid out. You couldn’t ask for a more ideal location. One of us fell ill and the concierge team was exceptional - locating a doctor to come to our room, while checking in on us our entire stay. A top notch hotel, with some really cool public spaces and a pretty good bar."
Apex Waterloo Place Hotel
"Was a nice room. Not very big, but its expected. I was worried about the gym as the photos online show a poorly equipped room. However, they have upgraded since then! It is still a small room, where 1-3 people can workout at the same time. But they have dumbbells up to 22KG, a seated bench press up to 100KG, a leg extension machine, a decent rower and 2 other cardio machines. Its a big hot in there and I'm not sure if the window opens, but its much better than I was expecting. Location is good, off to one end of town more but was quite and still easy to walk to main transit stations."
Village Hotel Edinburgh
"The whole experience was great, from the very welcoming and helpful staff, facilities, cleanliness and delicious breakfast."
CODE - The Court, Edinburgh
"Good, some lockers werent locking properly, plugs in bunk were limited. Rather have a plug than a charging port that barely charges."
