From the moment we arrived, the customer service was exceptional—staff were consistently friendly, courteous, and attentive. The breakfast was a highlight: delicious offerings enjoyed against a breathtaking view. Our room was spacious, impeccably clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable—perfect for a restful night. I totally recommend this place and will most certainly be returning"

Nota menos positiva só mesmo o tempo no check-in, demorado a meu ver (com reserva efetuada), e o numero reduzido de espreguiçadeiras na zona da piscina, o que levou a alguns clientes terem de ficar na relva (solução menos ma), nas cadeiras das mesas de bar (retirando-as dessas mesmas mesas) ou no chao duro (bastante desconfortável). Sinceramente, deveria ser uma situação a rever.
Como para criticas devera haver sugestões, aqui ficam as nossas - disponibilização de "puffs", colchoes de espuma ou, consoante a época do ano, mobilizar espreguiçadeiras da piscina interior para o exterior, como medida esporádica e pontual."

"The building is older but the rooms are updated and very nice, very comfortable bed and big walk in shower. The indoor pool and sauna are a big plus for me! You can walk all around the old town from here, which is really charming."
