My overall experience at this hotel was good.
The hotel is nice, clean, and located in a very cool area, so it’s definitely recommended.
My only feedback, if anyone from management is reading, is that while I understand this is an unmanned hotel (which is why I rated staff 3/5), the fact that they weren’t able to provide us with an extra set of sheets since we were three felt a bit strict and rigid.

Location : just few mins walk away from tenmonkan Station. Conveniently located in shopping area. Donki is also just opposite!
Room & facilities: bed is comfortable & nice amenities (skincare by DHC) available at the lobby. There is also water dispenser in the lobby
Free breakfast is delicious as well
Negative is only that the room given is right in front of the elevator so whole night i can hear the elevator bell ring. Very hard to sleep. Avoid room 211 at all cost!

The staff are very friendly but limited English. The room a good size, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great! The restaurant is also pretty good for meals at night and the shabu shabu was awesome. They also make their own ramen noodles. There is a rooftop Yakiniku beer bar with all you can drink shochu and beer bar for about 4000y. There is a 711 right next door. The Shinkansen train ststion is only a few minutes away on foot. I’d stay again as it’s quite affordable and decent.

Consider your location: Hotels near the city center usually tend to cost more, but thanks to Kagoshima's excellent public transportation links, you might discover a more affordable independent hotel further out that's still well connected.
