Excellent experience

The place is amazing for the price. The room is spacious and very clean. Our room had a balcony! The staff were sooooo niice and welcoming, especially Shahd at the reception and Ahmad Al-Masri at the restaurant. They were really helpful. The hotel has underground parking which was so convenient as well and there is a pharmacy in case someone needed anything. Highly recommended and would definitely go again!!

Luxurious bubble tent included Bedouin inspired furnishings for great picture taking and memories. Watching the sun rise from our balcony wearing our fur-like robes was classic. Cave lounge was beautifully decorated with warm ambience. Staff very attentive and polite.

The staff was outstanding in every aspect. The pool and spa facilities were excellent. However, I would have liked to have seen more local influences in the food.

Beautiful facility, not 5-star types, but what you want at a costal town. Very rustic, earthen, you get the feel that you truly are in the vicinity of ocean.

A nice stay. Relaxing. Luxurious. The only negative thing that happened to me during my stay was a half day lost waiting in the lobby at the day of departure. Our flight was at 9:00pm and we were flying to canada (12hrs flight) the front desk guy gave us till 2pm only. It would have been nice of him to expand it till 4pm so we can enjoy the exteriors more, the sun and refresh in the pools especially that it was too hot. Anyway it was not clever of him. We could have spend more if it happened,...

We were upgraded to a pool view room, with an amazing balcony! All of the staff were respectful, polite and friendly! As single women we felt at ease! And no one hit on us!

Almost new hotel that was well located to walk to most sights and restaurants in Aqaba. Very clean and good service. The rooms on my the street were noisy due to traffic but oh what a view if the mosque and the city of Eilat in the background. Quieter rooms are in the back.

Excellent services if you are traveling on a lower budget! The rooms were nice and clean, the pool was perfect for the afternoons. The staff are very friendly and willing to go the extra mile to make your stay pleasant! The diving is quite affordable, and the diving sites are gorgeous! The instructor was very informative and took pictures of the team while diving. Although the place is not right on the beach, it provides transport to the diving places and the public beach (about 15 min walk...

We had a very brief stay but it was fantastic! The front desk staff were incredibly friendly, pleasant, and even funny, which made checking in a breeze and set a positive tone for my stay. The room was comfortable, and the beds were especially cozy. Everything went smoothly, and we didn’t encounter any issues during our short visit. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing stay with great service. Would definitely return!
