Staff are lovely and professional. The hotel has a pool and a walk away that leads you to the beach. Close to the Lamai nightlife and a short drive to the other areas on the island.

Fantastic staff both front of house and bar/restaurant, they remembered what I drank be that coffee in the morning or a Sangah Beer in the afternoon.
Room was cleaned thoroughly each day and reception staff organised a motorcycle for me without hesitation
Beautiful beach front location with plenty of bars and restaurants but about 1 kilometre walk along the beach to Lamai town

Great stay
Was concerned about the negative reviews seen. However on arrival it was great to see the renovation of the main pool had been completed We were upgraded to a pool view room. Which was great and the room was lovely. Beach is fantastic. Staff are excellent. Would defo recommend staying here if you don't want to be in the centre of Limai, only 15 min walk

It is an old hotel undergoing some renovations, but still not worth a 4*. Photos are deceiving. The beach is beautiful and long, great to walk and swim. But they have no service to the beach, you have to ask for beach chairs and umbrellas every day, and even then, they have limited quantities, so you mught end up with the towel on the sand and no umbrella. Needed to walk to other restaurants on the other end of the beach, because reataurant was very limited. Staff was very nice though, they were doing their best. Would choose a different hotel if visiti g Samui

The staff just could not do enough for you. We had a pool access room and the sea was 50m away with fresh towels available every day for use on the beach. Main strip is 15min walk away and only 5min in a taxi. Plenty of shops and restaurants in the local area also. Thanks to all the staff for making our trip so enjoyable....x
