部屋の鍵がかかりにくかったのと、シャワー中に洗面所まで水びたしになったのが気になりましたが、ホテルの雰囲気やロケーションはとても良かったし、スタッフは親切で満足しました！！ あと、ホテル内にATMがあり、とても便利でした。

Really enjoyed my stay at Rooms Kazbegi. The rooms were comfortable and perfectly functional. The bar and restaurant area had a great buzz, with absolutely amazing views. Easily walkable into town and a great base for exploring Kazbegi.

Hotel com potencial, mas precisa de melhorias para ficar condizente com a diária cobrada. Staff precisa de melhor treinamento. O hotel peca em detalhes como a toalha de banho muito gasta, áspera e pequena. Mas no geral é um hotel bom, muito gostoso, bem localizado.

Great location (if you don’t plan walking to the town as the return is uphill), the views from hotel to mountains is amazing. The pool is heated well. Good breakfast. Team always with smile and always willing to help. The things they may improve- Not enough beds in the pool, they could add few more on the grass outside. The shower have no door so the water cover everything no matter what you do. Breakfast can get busy sometimes.

Konaklamamızdan çok memnun kaldık, personel çok ilgiliydi, her şey çok güzeldi. Arkadaşımın doğum gününe denk geldiği için odamıza pasta bile gönderdiler. Kahvaltı müthişti. Bende çok iyi bir hatır bıraktı. Her şey için teşekkür ederiz.

Fantastic hotel, with magnificent views of the Caucasus Mountains. They have great amenities (sauna, pool, and a simple gym), and the breakfast buffet is fantastic. Would recommend to anyone who wants to stay in Kazbegi

Lovely hotel in a fantastic location with amazing mountain views. The property is beautiful, well maintained, and the spa was a real highlight of our stay. The staff were friendly and welcoming, although service could sometimes be a little slow and not always as attentive as expected. The main downside was the limited choice for vegetarians and vegans at both breakfast and dinner, which made dining options quite restricted. Overall, a great stay with stunning scenery, a lovely spa, and a beautiful hotel. We would happily return and recommend it to anyone visiting Kazbegi.

Unfortunately, from the moment we arrived, I never really felt welcome. Quite the opposite – during several interactions with the staff, I felt more like an inconvenience than a guest. In the morning, we wanted to use the gym, but it was extremely cold with a very unpleasant cold airflow. We asked the staff three times if something could be done, but nobody reacted. Eventually, I went to reception myself. Instead of trying to help or check the situation, the receptionist responded in a very unfriendly and dismissive manner, insisting there was no cold airflow. The gym was so uncomfortably cold that I decided not to use it at all. Breakfast was another disappointment. Many tables were covered with used plates, cups and dishes, and we had to ask for a table to be cleared before we could sit down. The breakfast area looked messy and poorly managed. For a hotel presenting itself as a five-star property, I find this level of service very disappointing. A beautiful location and design cannot compensate for a lack of hospitality and attentive service. Unfortunately, I left feeling unwelcome and would not choose to stay here again.
