A very cute and traditional Japanese hotel, which is conveniently located right next to the JR train station. The property itself has done well to maintain its structure (nearly 100 years old). We really enjoyed the service and the experience that it offers, including the free breakfast (which is quite good quality).
The major downside is perhaps the shared bathroom and toilet in some of the smaller rooms (which we booked). Not having access to your own shower and toilet is indeed a bit of a bummer at times. Overall still a very enjoyable stay and the hotel staffs were really helpful and professional.

There are two things to complain. The first one is the welcome tea. The tea bags they got ready were not good. The second was the noise of the refrigerator. It was very annoyed at night. I turned it off.

We had a lovely stay, the property is very closed to the JR Ise-Shi station so very convenient if you have a JR pass. The staffs are just the best, very accommodating and friendly. The sento bath was really relaxing as well. Our futons were so comfy, I had to say it’s one of my best sleep in Japan yet :)

We had an excellent experience at this ryokan. The staff was warm and went above and beyond in helpfulness. We had a traditional Japanese room with breakfast. The room was beautiful and the breakfast extraordinary. I couldn't recommend it more highly!

Friendly staff and great onsen
We stayed for two nights in beginning of April, two adults and two small kids. Lucky to get a booking in middle of Sakura blossom season! Fantastic staff, helpful in everything, although it helped to know japanese. Very nice onsen, appreciated by both us and the kids. Great introduction to japanese ryokan.

Good location. Staff was pleasant and really helpful.
The man at the reception ensured we were comfortable and aided us in accommodating a 5th member in our room at a 6500¥ top-up. However, the onsen area is quite small, fitting only 3 men in one bath. Floorboards were rather creaky as well.

The hotel is located in a very convenient location. The host is very friendly and helpful and most importantly can speak English.
A real Japanese experience in a century old Ryokan at a great location with very friendly staff. Kids and wife and me all loved it.

Awesome
This Ryokan is incredible. The corridors and the room we stayed in are really beautiful. A traditional Ryokan with an onsen. Really great. And the staff are very pleasant and professional. Great stay here.
