Such a nice place! Very relaxing onsen. My partner and I went there for one night, the room is very nice with it's own seating area (two chairs and a table) by the window. There are yukata's by the entrance where you can pick one out and use during your visit (I totally wanted to bring one with me home, but didn't of course) There is ping-pong included, just write your name down at the time slot you want to play. Parking's included. There's also Karaoke but it cost a bit. We only had time to talk to the night staff, there was one man who was so so nice, I wish I had gotten his name to write in the reference! 全館禁煙なのに部屋がタバコくさい

前泊者がトイレで頻繁に吸っていたのでしょう、部屋に入るなりタバコ臭い。遅めのチェックインだったのでハズレ部屋をあてがわれたのでしょう。我慢できるかと思いましたが、就寝中に頭痛を催しました。 全館禁煙の宿の場合、モラルのない宿泊者が部屋で喫煙するリスクは当然あるわけなので、ルームクリーニング時に対処できるようにすべきです。 レストランは接客担当者が足りていない印象で、入口で待っていても案内されないし、事前注文の別皿も催促しないと持ってきません。ファミリー向けの安価なビュッフェレストランといった趣です。 旅館全般が小さなお子さんがいるファミリー向けですね。温泉旅館で非日常のくつろぎをといった向きには合わないと思います。

已預訂旅館接送服務並以電話確認無誤，抵達目的地車站等了一個小時卻等不到人，打給飯店卻推說沒收到預約，另外餐廳清潔不佳，令人失望。
