The hotel was comfortable even though it was a bit old.

But my issue was with hotel.com itself.
My booking was done by hotel.com, and my confirmation was issued by hotel.com
I almost cannot check in that night because your letter head to hotel was by Expedia.com.
The hotel staff who cannot read English at all said my booking was not from Expedia, so cannot check in.
If future, if the booking was made by hotel.com, then you must issued the same letter head to the hotel.
