Nice place. The only problem is that after 8 pm nobody is there. Is very close to the Main Street downtown, which is nice. And close to the mount Tremblant national park.

Le motel est plutôt sympathique, avec une chambre spacieuse, un lit très confortable et un environnement très agréable, notamment grâce à l’accès au lac. Malheureusement, l’accueil est venu ternir l’expérience. Il vaut mieux penser à poser toutes ses questions dès le check-in, car visiblement, solliciter la personne de l’accueil par la suite n’est pas vraiment apprécié… ( demande comment baisser le chauffage car différent de la France, désolée et demande du code wifi car nous ne captions pas correctement contrairement à ce que nous pensions). Je n’avais pas consulté les avis avant mon séjour, mais à la lecture des réponses du propriétaire, j’aurais sans doute dû me douter que l’affiche présente à l’accueil donnait le ton ! 😅 Puisque les réponses semblent systématiques, je m’attends à avoir la mienne à mon tour… C’est dommage, car le cadre et les prestations de la chambre sont vraiment agréables. Un peu plus de convivialité à l’accueil aurait fait toute la différence.

Chambre et couverture( si on peut appelé ça une couverture) qui sentent le renfermé. Propriétaire très à cheval sur les heures et non accommodant. Tuyauterie de douche très bruyante . Fause publicité pour l'accessibilité au bord de l'eau.

Propriétaires vraiment pas accueillant, liste des restrictions très grande, pas le droit de visiteur dans la chambre et sur le site. Toujours dans la fenêtre a surveiller. Check out, 10:00, pas une minute de plus, 1 voiture seulement, sinon extra. Aucun accommodement. Dommage car l’endroit est parfaitement situé.

The room was clean and the lady at the office was nice but the smell inside the room was awful! Humidity smell, windows that was not opening properly to get rid of that smell. All our clothing got that smell... Very old mattress with yellow spot of dirt on it and very not comfortable at all! mold spot on the wall and each sides of the windows. Very cheap toilet paper and no tissue paper. No coffee maker available in the room. Cracked wall and a portable A/C that was very noisy. We could see outside below the door. Room not soundproof at all, we could hear every sound coming from the rooms each side of us. The room was not upgraded since a long time... very dark looking inside. We had to wait 20 minutes outside before checking in because the office was closed untill 3 pm! Location was good and very close to the town by foot.

Super endroit pour se reposer après des belles randonnées, endroit calme et très propre. Proche du centre, des restos, boulangerie. Les hôtes sont très accueillants. Je recommande !
