Hotel well located but smelly and noisy
Oasis Guest house is really well located, right near Chinatown, 2 minutes walk to Petalling street market and Pesar Seni station. The room is ok, no outside window but one on the corridor so the room is a bit dark. All the common areas are smoking, even the kitchen where you take breakfast. So if smoke bothers you, you will be annoyed as several people gather there to smoke as it's forbidden in rooms and dorms. Kitchen area and crockery are old and look dirty. Finally, don't take a room on the 1st floor near the front desk : the man at the front desk at night listen music, and we asked him twice to stop the music as we could not sleep, he didn't stop it, arguing he get bored without it!!! I would not chose this hotel next time.

si poteva fare di meglio
Economico e senza pretese.

Budget priced accommodation in Chinatown.
It would be hard to get a better location at the price. It is 50m to the Petaling market.
The rooftop is a great place to hang out and chill. Views of the city, KL Tower and a cooling breeze if you are lucky.
The owner was a friendly person.
One room was having bed bugs eradicated when we arrived. None in our bed/bedroom.
Spent 4 nights there. Basic cooking facilities on the top floor along with TV and fridge.
The place was old rather than dirty.
Recommended if you are on a budget.

Budget stay in convenient location
Oasis was comfortable and in a great location. You're night next door to the market in Chinatown and a 3 minuite walk to the central market. 5 minuites to the nearest LRT and bus station. Everything you need is within walking distance. The hostel itself was good for a budget stay, the bed was comfortable and the AC worked great. Nothing fancy but the staff make it a good stay.

Okey stay on a busy street
Okey guesthouse for a good price, you get what you pay for.
Had a nice roof terrass.
Bring earplugs because you hear all other guests.
The guesthouse are pretty dark.
The shared bathrooms were clean and the shower had a good pressure.

Very friendly and helpful staff
We really enjoyed staying here. The guest house is right next to china town which is worth a visit and it's only 30 min away from lake garden by foot. The staff is also really helpful and friendly!

Convenient, Clean, Budget-Friendly option.
Oasis was a great experience! My girlfriend and I were traveling through Kuala Lumpur and this location was a perfect position to see the entire city. Close to FREE GoKL bus lines, amazing food markets, and in a very walk-able area. The service was great, the hosts were very helpful in ensuring our comfort and enjoyment of the property. Anytime we had questions or concerns they were addressed immediately. We were even offered a complimentary upgrade to a window room on a new floor because our new neighbors were very noisy. I recommend this guesthouse for its overall atmosphere and accessibility. FREE breakfast(Toast, Butter, and Jam) and FREE drinking water were absolutely paramount to helping us maintain a backpacker budget on a long journey. I enjoyed making friends on the rooftop lounge where the guests gather to chat and drink free coffee and tea provided by the hosts in the kitchen on the fourth floor. The kitchen is clean and fully stocked with everything you need to prepare your meals and its also convenient to have a communal fridge. No sandals were allowed in the guesthouse except for in the toilet areas. Great experience! Would stay again!

The hotel was nice.. good service upon arrival.. some rooms we looked at were small and hot but we chose a room that had a window and was larger although still hot as only had a fan no a/c as these had all sold out.. the walls are thin.. there is a kitchen on the 4th floor accesible by lift and stairs which has fresh bottle water for the kettle and cooking utensils there is a roof terrace that u can see the city from.. this is nice

One of my worst guest house stay.
This guesthouse is no slipper, no shoes policy inside. The floor is carpeted but it looks and feels not clean. The hallway on the third floor smells sweat because of non-AC rooms. Our bed and pillow are not clean looking. No blanket but is okay because the room is just with fan. No table in the small room, there is only 1 sucket to charge your electronics. They have unlimited free coffee and nice rooftop, very near to Chinatown and local restaurant.
