Location was extremely convenient - easy access to downtown/midtown and points all over Brooklyn with multiple subway options within 1-3 blocks. Generally quiet (though you do feel slight rumble of subway every so often, even on high floors). Lots of food options nearby (2 blocks from DeKalb market and Wonder next door). Bathroom and sheets were clean, but carpet was FILTHY. My white socks were black after one trip across the rug. Also hotel clearly has a thing about towels. There was only one towel when we arrived, and it took 2+ hours and trip to desk to get more. Then each day, housekeeping took ALL the towels without replacing, and it took multiple requests and 4-5 hours plus trips down to front desk to have them replaced (this happened on 3 of 4 days). The room had only one bedside table though there was lots of empty space on the window side. many outlet on wall on that side indicated there should have been a table. At first we considered whether 30% of the room was empty b/c to make it accessible, but clearly not the case - bathroom very small with almost no counter space (but many empty towel hooks), plus narrow passage between bed and fridge/desk to get to empty part of room. Room also was very dark at night (except bathroom that had extremely bright, hyper-sensitive motion sensor light). Photos show extra floor lamp, 2 night tables, and lounge chair, which would have made sense in the space and made room far more convenient. We had none of this.
