Don’t stay here!!

I would never stay here again. Hotel was very run down and should not be in business. This is one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Do yourself a favor, spend a little extra money and stay somewhere else especially if you have kids.

Visibly dusty and dirty, unsanitary, feces on bathroom walls, dead bugs on walls, bathtub disgusting... bathroom door broken...wall around bathroom window stuffed with toilet paper absolutely disgusting. Only stayed one night never again.

Very disappointing, i think they are teying to renovate the rooms, however they should not rent out the ones under construction. We rented 2 rooms and they were both bad

The pool Is green. Walls are super thin. Someone slammed their door around 2 am and it sounded like someone was trying to come into our room. Lol. Room size was good. Beds were super hard.

The bathroom was stuck open and had a piece of hair on the counter that wasn’t from us at all. The tv didn’t even turn on at all there was dirt and crumbs from previous people staying there that was pushed behind the bed. It was one of the grossest and worst hotels we have ever stayed at

Definitely needed a deep cleaning, rooms appeared to be not turned and cleaned. No towels and soap. We ended up having to clean the rooms ourselves.

The check-in was easy and fast. The heater worked well and kept the room warm for the one night we spent there. The walls and the windows were dirty. The bathroom window had spider webs. The "clean" towels had dark stains and were dirty. The shower curtain needed to be replaced.

Beautiful Williams with poor hotel

The room was very dirty!!! I don’t think they wash the floor and clean the room. The hotel is old and need to be refresh and clean. We was not able to have 2 keys. We didn’t take a shower because it was dirty.

This is a MOTEL quality, not hotel. Old, dirty, needs renovation. I've been to some rThey did NOT have my reservation. I had to call Expedia support and waited another hour so they can actually book a new reservation for me. Disappointed all around.

Well, it’s just an old building that is not properly maintained. The bed itself was very comfortable, but you have to wonder how clean it was based on some cleaning “fails” in the room. Also, our TV had nothing but snow the whole time & we were promised a partial refund that never happened. I fear that this is just the norm in Williams.

You get what you pay for.

When I checked into my room, the restroom tub was really dirty, and had mud and hair in it, went back to the front desk to get another room, and in that room the heater had no cover, the towels and bath mats had stains on them, my heater was not warm or hot enough, it blew cold to semi warm air, The shower only had warm water, at this point I was tired and sleepy, didn’t complain anymore and just went to sleep, I had to at work in five hours.

Guys Bike trip.

This was the worst hotel of my guys yearly motorcycle trip this year. The room A/c did not work. Unable to use swimming pool because it was not maintained and green in color. The parging on outside of the building was crumbling off and interior room wall near bathroom also deteriorated. Management said pool was out of service because of recent rains yet neighbor Hotel was fine. Will not stay again.
