Obwohl das Hotel relativ teuer ist, ist es für mich das beste Hotel das ich in der Karibik besucht hatte.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Ich komme definitiv wieder.

Upon arriving at 3 am for check-in, I was not given the room that I had originally booked I recently stayed at a resort that left a lot to be desired in terms of dining options and guest care. The resort claimed to offer multiple dining options, but during lunch, only one restaurant was open, leading to long lines and waits for a meal. To make matters worse, the food served was not fresh and lacked flavor.
Additionally, the resort lacked a buffet option, leaving guests with limited choices for their meals. This lack of variety was disappointing and made dining at the resort a tedious and unenjoyable experience.
Furthermore, I was shocked to discover that the resort was negligent when it came to guest safety. I witnessed a broken power cable submerged in the swimming pool for hours, posing a serious risk to guests. This lack of maintenance and disregard for guest safety was unacceptable and concerning.
Beach and pools are V.dirty and I didn't use them.
If you ask for a manager always unavailable , the resort is run by irresponsible teenagers claiming that they are butlers.
Overall, my experience at this resort was disappointing and frustrating. The lack of fresh food options, long wait times for meals, and disregard for guest safety left a lot to be desired. I would not recommend this resort to others seeking a relaxing and enjoyable vacation experience.

Unforgettable Birthday & Luxurious Stay at TRS Cap Cana!
My stay at TRS Cap Cana Hotel was incredible, and celebrating my birthday there made it even more special! The resort is stunning, with beautiful ocean views and a peaceful atmosphere perfect for relaxation.
Having direct pool access from my room was amazing! Starting my mornings with a swim was pure bliss and made my trip even better.
A special thanks to Ignacio, who made everything effortless. His kindness and professionalism ensured we had the best experience.
The restaurant staff made my birthday unforgettable, surprising me with a cake and singing with so much joy!
The spa center was fantastic—massages and facials were perfect and so relaxing.
The rooms were spotless, and the food and drinks were outstanding. Though the beach is small, the views, service, and pools made up for it.
TRS Cap Cana exceeded all my expectations. I can’t wait to return!

I really liked the place I went with a group of friends and some loved it while some didn’t. One of my friends had stains and bugs in her bathroom that she told me they never came to clean. But I and my rommie had no such issue. The food on the resort was sooooo gooood. No need to eat out really lol. They gave you a butler for your room. He was helpful in booking dinner reservations. But I never saw him the entirety of my trip. The resort is beautiful. My major con: services can be slow. Like if you order something via guest services. They either don’t answer the phone or it takes forever to come. I remember trying to call the front desk via the phone in the room about my safe not working. Nobody picked up. I just gave up.

Front desk people are not kind and look like need a lot more training. Room was stinky and I requested to change the room. They said its gotta be cleaned and it took 3.5 hours. So, I got my room around 9:00 pm.

Let me start by saying DO NOT BUY THE PREMIUM EXPERIENCE. (Black wrist bands) this place is a scam. My significant other and my self went for her 30th birthday. Upon arrival they showed us the “perks” of the black wrist bands (premium alcohol, special menus and discounts) NONE OF THIS IS TRUE. The premium alcohol is very tiny bottles, when you attempt to order off the special menu, it gets to you within about an hour or more, and there is no such thing as a discount here. room service is non-existent they made the bed but did not pick anything up nor did they replace towels and or give more drinks. The restaurant service for the entire resort is absolutely horrible. They will sit you down and forget about you for an hour and you have to physically get up and try to get somebody to help you. After speaking with multiple managers and being brushed off, they kept telling me they were unable to give me any sort of refund for the lack of assistance that we got the entire vacation. Speaking with 7/8 other couples at the resort that also fell for the black wristband scheme, everybody’s conclusion of it was the exact same that we had all been bent over and ripped off. I will not be returning and if we ever want to get a taste of the beach and sand, we will be going back to Cancun and or another resort. I normally do not try to write reviews for literally anything because I generally have a happy experience everywhere but this experience tarnished me spending over $3000

A 3 stars hotel, at best
This hotel is most definitely not a 5 stars hotel. Three stars, at most. The food is barely eatable. The service is either slow and/or simply non existent in certain instances. Some of amenities in the room were akin to those one might find in a cheap motel. Other’s were a bit more luxurious, but run down.

The staff was amazing! Very friendly. The property needs a major update. Even the bathrooms in the main lobby was like that of a gas station. For the price we paid, it was not reflected in the property or the food. The staff made it enjoyable. I did like the swim up in my room. Would not stay again.

Pretty Good
The resort was a good choice overall. While the rooms could be elevated, we had a wonderful experience with our butler, Leo, and our server, Gregory—highly recommend requesting them. As an all-inclusive, it delivers well, but if you prefer a more luxurious atmosphere with extensive dining options and immersive experiences, this may not be the best fit. That said, we had an enjoyable stay!
