Room is really not clean, they did not even change the toilet paper when we got in, the sink has a lot of scale in the faucet, even the coffee maker has lots of scales. The aircon has a lot of dust. They need to improve it. Even the front desk I called but no one’s answering. Ask for towels as well in the pool area as they don’t have in there. First time to experience in breakfast someone is serving, and my kids was too shy to ask for more.

This is the one I check always and it’s really not good

I would still recommend this hotel.

.I have stayed before and I normally love this hotel. This stay was awful. I couldn’t sleep because there was a noise in my room that i could not find. I phoned the front desk and was told it was likely a refrigerated truck parked outside that had to run all night. I was awake most of the night. I didnt get much sleep. I finally discovered it was a fan that simply needed to be switched off in the hallway. It was not the bathroom fan. I had to resume my journey feeling exhausted. The staff should have known about the fan and the location of the switch. She had no clue. The bed is very comfortable and the pillows are great. I only wish i could have slept in a quiet room. The fan was over the cooktop. There is a switch under the sink but the staff had no clue what that was for either. I did try it and it didnt turn off the over head fan.

I liked the idea of being served the eggs, sausages etc . Nice variety of food. We booked the Junior Suite and it was very spacious. Room needed a few repairs which we reported to the front desk upon checkout. Quite overnight. Overall satisfied with our first stay at hotel.

We were forced to upgrade because we booked two queen beds and had 5 people and they said we had too many people for what we booked. They said we were getting a king suite, which we quickly realized meant a queen and a pull out bed that felt like you were sleeping on wire. In the end we paid more for less comfortable accommodations. I wouldn’t consider this an upgrade and it cost us more money.

We stayed at the Ramada in Regina for our youngest son’s doctor’s appointment in the East End, and honestly, I don’t understand how this hotel has such a high rating. The experience was terrible. The room we were given was dirty and grimy — poor lighting, hair in the bathroom, and just an overall unclean feel. When we first arrived, we weren’t greeted at all by the front desk. The staff were rude, cold, and unwelcoming — not even a simple “hello” or acknowledgment. On top of that, we were charged $150 for incidentals, despite the website clearly stating $50. We paid it without issue, but it felt dishonest. The only part of our stay that was remotely enjoyable was the pool, which my kids liked, though I didn’t find it that great myself. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was decent, but that was about the only positive. Overall, this was a horrible place to stay — rude staff, dirty rooms, and an unpleasant environment. Thank goodness it was only for one night. I would not recommend this hotel.

Beautiful room

Had a great stay here. Hotel room was extremely comfortable, lots of room. Surprised it had a mini kitchen with 2 stove top elements, sink, microwave and mini fridge. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Continental breakfast was very good, cheese omelette, sausages bacon pancakes, and the usual cereals , toast, bagels, etc. we would definitely stay here again.

Room was not very clean, gross chunk of who knows what on bathroom walls. Lights burnt out in room on arrival. It was fixed but maintenance was in there with us for at least 30 minutes trying to figure it out. Coffee maker didn't work (they did replace) and the fridge didn't work (they said they fixed it but it never was fixed). Breakfast was what you'd expect for a hotel Breakfast. If it weren't for the watersliding and pool definitely would not want to stay again. The staff were decent at trying to address multiple issues with room though. But when paying that price and having that many issues it is frustrating.

The hotel room carpet and bedding seemed clean, but looking closer at the room I found a few spots that could have been cleaned better, particularly in the shower. The bottles of shampoo and conditioner fastened to the wall were pretty grimy. Also our black out curtain had a big rip in it that let the morning sunlight fall nicely right onto the bed. Also the bed sheet was ripped. Not ideal, but the hotel was quiet, front desk staff were friendly and efficient, pool was pretty good, hot tub was nice and hot. We didn’t stay for breakfast so I can’t speak to that.
