The room I ordered had a refrigerator and microwave. What we did not get was no refrigerator no microwave and no towels we were also got to the room and the bathroom light did not work I told Steph and they said they would have maintenance out tomorrow to fix it then tomorrow came and no one fixed it and I asked about towels and they said we had to wait till 2:00 p.m. to receive them and we were out and about and never had any towels dropped off for were told about it maintenance never came to fix it light it was never offered and another room staff was pretty rude they said that all the lights were out in most of the bathroom so it wouldn't be a point to change rooms that was pretty unsatisfied with our stay and it was not ideal especially trying to shower in the dark very dangerous. Not getting towels had to use their own no good customer service I mean I shouldn't have to go down and get my own towels every time at a certain time of the day when I was prepare to just have fully stocked towels and at least have the courtesy of staff to drop some off or offer some kind of kind of communication about also the lighting let alone the towels. I am very disappointed in this stay and I bought a bunch of food before I came and we had no refrigerator or microwave to use it so it all basically went bad and that was a waste of money. And the customer service I received was the bare minimum and seem to always have an attitude when asked about anything.
