This hotel is a happy story as it is cosmetically restored floor by floor. My second-floor room with a king was very spacious and the warm shower heated fast and flowed well. The pool and breakfast room were great. The proprietor was very friendly and helpful with information about dining. I am convinced his family business will do great things with this place.

Our stay was excellent, the only thing to make it better would be if the pool/hot tub was open. After traveling all day we wanted to soak, and it was closed for renovations. But the room was great, super comfortable bed, friendly staff, and delirious breakfast before we headed to the Grand Tetons. It’s close to the parks, but far enough away to not pay the expensive prices of staying closer.

The rooms were ok. Definitely dated. The pool was closed and had been for a long time which would have been nice to know since we was there a couple days. The breakfast was not great. Mostly frozen stuff to take to your room.

Stayed here a year ago and it was better. Maintenance seems to be lacking and whoever had been doing it doesn't seem to be proficient or pay attention to detail. Big stain in carpet, tile off baseboard area in bathroom. Some water damage in bathroom, scratched up dresser, door latch faceplate has screw behind face plate so it's no t doing anything. At breakfast all the guests must share a single, yes one Kuerig that makes one cup at a time. Start spending some of your profits and fix up the place and take care of your guests so they want to return.

We were incredibly disappointed. The room smelled from the moment we opened the door. We were placed in a room on the first floor and on two different occasions, after being gone the entire day, we returned to our window wide open. After we complained they said the room was left unsecured because it needed ventilation. They then informed us that they are aware the window doesn’t even lock.

When I first walked up to the front door, outside trash can was very full. I proceeded to check in desk, the receptionist was very nice asked who I was. I gave her all information requested. Very quick to get into my room without any problems. My room was a nice size two beds. I kept my items in my travel bags only because I was leaving the next morning. I did look into the chest of drawers, they were very nice size where you fit many clothes into it. They needed to be wiped out, dust was setting in each drawer. Same for the night stand. My room had a nice lounge chair in it, very comfy. The had a flat screen TV, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, coffee maker, little packs of coffee, creamer etc. All items worked. The desk lamp didn't work I had to open the drapes to let light in to see. The bed I slept in was comfortable made noises when shifting positions. Shower, tub worked well along with entire bathroom room. My room was quiet, had a nice view looking outside. You had mountains you could view all around the area. They were updating their motel so they didn't have the pool, hot tub, gym area open. I was so looking forward to this after almost 13 hours of driving. Breakfast was very simple cold cereal bagels ,muffins hot coffee, milk, juce very little to choose from. It was okay for me I just each cold cereal in morning myself. The dining room had nice log looking style chairs to set in. The design of their place was nice.

The hotel is being restored by new ownership, and the customer service and the areas that are open and available are clean and well done. The pool, and other amenities will become available over time. The best part was the customer service, and care.

Room was clean. Everything worked like it was supposed to. The staff acted like they cared. Only reason for 4 stars is the breakfast. Dry cereal and a microwave burrito doesn't cut it. A one serving keurig machine is totally inadequate. Overall, nice stay. I would stay there again.
