First of all, this hotel can probably double their prices. This is a luxurious hotel. The amenities are great. The location is great, the staff is great. It’s so clean. Everything worked as it was supposed to. Breakfast was amazing. The WiFi worked like a charm. The gym is not over the top but has everything you need. The indoor pool is definitely an elevated experience. I wish I stayed here during my whole week in Georgia and not just two nights. You just have to see if for yourself. Whether you’re solo, a couple or a family, you won’t be disappointed. I had a chance to talk to one of the managers I believe and told her that I am very pleased and that the review of this place would reflect my excitement. So I hope she reads this. If I can come back to Georgia, this is where I’m staying!

We stayed at IDEA Collection by GINO Hotels from 8 to 10 October and were disappointed. When we arrived, our room had a strong sewage smell coming from the toilet, which made it unusable. The hotel moved us to another room, but it had the same or a very similar smell, so the move didn't really solve the problem. On top of that, the new room faced the main street, and it was simply impossible to sleep. There was traffic and very loud music and partying outside late into the night, and the windows have no proper double glazing or sound insulation, so you hear everything as if the window were open. We weren't the only ones: other guests were complaining at reception at the same time we were. When we asked for earplugs, reception first told us to order them ourselves through Bolt. In the end they ordered them for us, but we still had to pay for two pairs ourselves. For the price, we expected a clean-smelling room and a decent night's rest, and we got neither. Our mistake was not reading all the reviews before booking, as others have clearly had the same problems. The hotel needs to fix its plumbing and soundproofing, and when moving guests because of a problem, give them a quiet room, not just whatever room is free.

This hotel is a sanctuary in a hectic Tbilisi. New, fresh,clean. Comfortable beds. Large rooms. Really nice pool. Massage professionally made. Only downsides are that management seems (maybe) new on running a hotel, noice from road and breakfast doesn’t start till 08.00. I recommend this hotel

Her şey güzel tek önerim internet hızlarını yükseltebilirler. Bu dönemde 8-10 mbit hızı yetersiz özellikle bizim gibi iş için gelenlere.

Helt nyt hotel, så der var lidt indkøring - men alle på hotellet gjorde en stor indsats - så det skal nok bliver super godt. Vil bestemt overveje det igen, hvis jeg skal til Georgien igen. Pool og Spa rigtig godt - super at sidder på toppen af bygningen og slappe af ved poolen efter en lang dag i byen.
