Very clean property, very clean rooms. Freshly remodeled and the price was excellent and the staff was extremely helpful. Plus there's a great restaurant next door to get breakfast, lunch or dinner. And they purchased the property across the street.So they have their own beach right on the lake, As well, plus a sauna on the beach.

The rooms are newly renovated and are very well set up. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. The view of Lake Michigan is beautiful. The area going to the beach is still being renovated. I would recommend this motel to anyone.

Our room was recently remodeled and was very nice. Our only complaint was the fact that we paid up for our hotel room compared to others in the area, so we could have a pool. Unfortunately, we could not use the pool because the temperature was way too cold. We could’ve saved $100 a night by getting a hotel that didn’t have a pool. They do not have a hot tub either unfortunately.

Room looked recently renovated and it looked amazing. The shower appeared to be the only thing not replaced and it just needed a bit of caulk. It was very nice. Beach area was nice. It’s very rocky mostly but had a nice area where rocks are removed and it’s nice and sandy. Indoor pool was also quite nice with bathrooms right there also. The hot tub was not working but we didn’t really care. Front desk folks were very nice. Continental breakfast was very good. The restaurant right next door is really good with homemade soups and salad bar. We would definitely stay here again.

So.....you can't judge a book by it's cover. This property is currently being renovated. We had a beautifully renovated room on the inside. The facade of this property needs some love still but they are currently working on that. I would stay here again. The restaurant next door was delicious and the pool onsite was clean.
