This is the best place to stay close to the airport. The staff is awesome, it's quiet, free parking and close to everything you would need while in Nashville. See Nichole, the manager, she'll take great care of you!

This was a nice location to downtown Nashville. The rooms had a large refrigerator, microwave, and a stove top. It has a nice table & 2 chairs in our room with a comfortable sitting area chair. The pool is open 9 to 9 & they have towels at the front desk. The morning breakfast is from 6 to 9 during the week and 7 to 10 on weekends. It is a hot breakfast with eggs, sausage, biscuits & gravy & fried potatoes. Also have waffles, cereal, muffins, bread, drinks, etc. It was well filled constantly by a very efficient lady that really worked hard to keep up with the need. The only thing is the small bathroom, but I would definitely stay here again.

I had a leak in my bathroom sink and reported the issue twice. No one addressed the issue, so I kept cleaning up water for my 3 day duration. The 1st day breakfast was cold and coffee was always just Luke warm. I was eating between 6:30 and 7 every morning.

It was nice to have a table and chairs in the room to sit and eat. sitting on the bed and eating isn’t ideal. Although it had a two burner cook, stove and refrigerator if one wanted to cook there was no pots and pans or anything so it’s kind of pointless to have that if you can’t use it. It was a parent that the hotel was just recently remodeled. There was a lot of painters tape still on items in the room. Paint job was OK. I think if they were going to.The room like they did though they could have done a better job but all in all it was a good place to stay. We were there for four days. Beds were super comfortable

Actually, I got a good deal on my hotel under $100. That said the building appears to be under renovation yet they are renting out the rooms which aren’t quite finished. Hanging electrical wires from hallway light fixtures and even rooms with missing cabinet doors and a breakfast area with lots of out of stock items and a staff that just kind of shrugs their shoulders and doesn’t seem to care. The clientele in the hotel was also very low class loud and the entire place smells like weed. Seems kind of like a hooker hotel so definitely avoid.

Unfortunately we did not stay long as there was several explosions from the transformers right across the street around 12:30am and we lost power and phone connection so we packed up and left and didnt even get to try their breakfest. Had to use the stairs with our luggage so we made several trips. I told the man at the desk they needed to wipe down the stair handrail as they had painted recently but i dont think he understood what i was trying to tell him. Anyway it was unfortunate for us no sleep no food. The room 305 was very nice though, just remodled. The hotel was easy quick assess to the highway and about 5 mins to the airport.

My wife stopped by on her way into town because she had reservations downtown at 4:30 and was told her room would be ready at 2, so she planned on getting ready in the room. She came back at 2 and ended up waiting almost 2 hours and had to rush downtown without getting ready. I flew in the next day and called ahead about the shuttle. They told me where to go and to call. I started calling when I got off the plane. It rang and rang until my phone hung up. I kept calling while walking, stopped and got a sandwich for my wife and was outside at the pickup when someone answered. He insisted in sending me instructions. It took 5 minutes for them to come and he asked me to message when I got to the pickup (I had already told him I was there). I wrote right back and it took 10 minutes to write back saying it would be 10 minutes for the shuttle. It took 25 minutes. It was not worth it. The hotel is run down and the breakfast meh. I would not stay again. I can't believe Wyndham has there name on it. There are a dozen better options in the area.

I saw that this hotel had recently been renovated and the reviews seemed great, so I booked a room. I was, however, disappointed with the quality and cleanliness. We stayed for just one night - the beds were comfortable! Those seemed clean and mattresses were encased in plastic (which always seems more trustworthy). The hotel did appear to be recently renovated, but I was disappointed at the lack of attention to detail in many places. Additionally, there were several places the room didn’t seem clean overall. The shower floor was disgusting, there was something on the countertops, and I noticed the floor seemed unswept. In fact, I washed my feet after walking around the room that morning, and you can see the aftermath of that on the hand towel. Our staff interaction was minimal, and she was friendly. But I wouldn’t recommend staying here based on our overall experience.

The rooms were clean but the shuttle transportation from the airport was horrible. We stood there in the heat for about 45min. When we asked the driver about the delay he said he was there the whole time, which was not true. The shuttle service they use WOOSH. Is horrible.

Room could have been a little cleaner. There was hair in the shower, toilet and sink. There was a piece of carpet sticking up between the beds, tripped over it several times. The breakfast buffet was nothing special food was not hot. I was told I would get an email copy of my bill and I checked out 14 hours ago and still haven't gotten it. Also, according to my bank I still haven't been credited the $50.00 incidental fee I was charged.
