This is a good hotel with nice size rooms. The breakfast is excellent, to the side of the restaurant. You can eat off the buffet or ask for a menu. And the hotel is only about a half hour to the caverns.

I love this property. The Stevens never disappoints. The property and rooms are extremely well maintained, the staff is very welcoming and friendly, and the Flume restaurant has excellent food with many choices. This is a great place to stay.

The Staff was very good in all areas. However, the hotel is definitely showing its age. Our room was clean in general but had a funky smell to it that was exaggerated by the air conditioning that was noisy and smelled a bit funky too. We were disappointed that the pool was not maintained well. It was dirty and full of leaves that had been there awhile, not just blown in. The breakfast was the usual hotel’s free breakfast but the quality suffered, things just didn’t seem fresh and we were there early.

My brother and I were very happy with the room. there was amply room for a wheelchair accessible room. My only complaint would be that when asked if there is a pet fee we be told that there is one. Upon calling to confirm that pets were allowed and was there a fee I was not told about the fee!

We loved this place. Rooms were pretty soundproof. Convenient parking outside our room. We appreciated the free breakfast. Staff were very helpful. There was laundry on site. $1.25 to wash your clothes and $1.50 coin operated to dry clothes. Bring quarters. No bill changer in laundry room. Pool was across the street. So we sat by pool while doing our laundry. They could really use some new loungers. Ripped up pretty bad. Rooms were clean and bed comfy. We would stay here again.

The evening stuff was great the morning staff was bad I complainer because my son got bite by I would believe to be bed bugs while he was asleep I went to tell front desk he was very rude about it saying he had no nothing to do with that so I had to go to the store by big trash bags to wash all our stuff in extremely hot water and put it in a very hot dryer to hopefully not get them at my house

Our room was very spacious with a huge bathroom. Somehow I believe we ended up in a handicapped room. Everything was in great condition and was very clean and orderly. Air conditioning was adequate, & staff were friendly and helpful. However, we did not care for the free breakfast or the coffee provided in the room. We also had issues with our television reception. After turning it on, and choosing a program from the guide, the tv would buffer for about 30 minutes before actually showing the program. Perhaps the problem was internet or cable related.

I ordered the suite just for jacuzzi tub and Jacuzzi tub was broken, fentanyl was on bathroom floor. Tried to call office, and landline was in room but not connected, as though it was a nostalgic art piece to the room, no actual value to it, no possible way of hooking up either. I went to the office to get a different room because the only reason I rented the room was for the jacuzzi tub my front desk person tells me that all of the jacuzzi tubs you don't work. I'm the only way to get a discounted refund was through Expedia since I did a third party order. I suggest looking elsewhere other than Stevens Inn!!
