John went above and beyond to welcome us, two exhausted travelers, when we arrived. Our room was super clean, spacious, comfortable, and great internet service. The location is absolutely ideal with so many shops and restaurants within a few minutes walk. I wish we stayed here longer!

The hotel is very well located. We didn't have to do much interaction with the staff because everything is given previously as far as access and keys. So, its very convenient and it gets you the advantage to do the check in anytime. The location is great, our room is a bit small but had everything we needed and it was very clean. Overall is a great location and good value.

Magnifique chambre pour 4, toute neuve, très soignée et très propre. Idéalement situé, à 2 min du métro Monastiraki, 15 min à pied de l'Acropole. Excellent petit restaurant juste en bas.. Bref, nous recommandons à 100%!!

Staff isn’t present 24 hours so if you have to check out early be sure to get instructions from the staff as there are two different buildings for these suites which are within walking distance to each other.

Great experience! The rooms are new, clean, and beautiful. Perfect location in Psiri, very close to the Metro. The Wi-Fi and AC worked perfectly. ​The staff was incredibly kind and gave us excellent local recommendations. Even though our flight was delayed, the self-check-in process was very smooth and easy. They were very responsive to messages and made everything simple. Highly recommended!

We had the best experience ever in Greece, and a lot of it was because of Vasiliki at Ernest Suites. From the beginning, she took the phone and personally instructed our taxi cab driver, in Greek, on how to find the location ( even though the address provided was perfectly accurate). She helped us get checked in after hours. later she helped us get situated to a more appropriate room that fit the size of our group, and the accomodations were clean, comfortable, and we kept getting maid service every day even though we probably did not need it. I highly recommend them for their hospitality, professionalism, and the quality of the properties.

The room was clean but very small, better for a solo traveler. The area was very good and walking distance to many areas around the city, especially restaurants and the main square. The only issue is that it was noisy well into the night from the restaurants nearby. If you are a night owl that is fine if not it is hard to sleep. Not for someone driving.
