Foi incrível, pessoal da pousada, tanto o proprietário quanto o funcionário muito educados e atenciosos. Café da manhã é individualizado, oferecem sucos de caixinha, café da máquina, pães e frios.no frigobar, a acomodação é pequena para tomar café. Para nós que fomos em.3 adultos.

Um refúgio excelente e muito tranquilo para quem busca descanso e contato com a natureza. O ambiente de montanha é fantástico e oferece uma vista espetacular da Pedra do Baú, com um clima serrano delicioso. ​Destaques: A hospitalidade faz toda a diferença; o proprietário, Sr. Nicolau, é extremamente amável e receptivo, e o Sr. João, funcionário do local, é super prestativo e muito boa gente. ​Sugestão: Para os meses mais frios (julho e agosto), vale investir em um aquecedor mais potente para os quartos, já que o frio da montanha é intenso nessa época. ​Recomendadíssimo para quem quer relaxar com excelente atendimento, sossego e ar puro!

A hospedagem foi incrível, tivemos um contratempo, e chegamos depois do horário, eles nos esperaram com um sorriso no rosto. A limpeza muito boa, o caseiro um amor de pessoa, prestativo, educado! O café da manhã disponível no quarto, muito bom supriu todas as necessidades. A limpeza impecável, ficamos no chalé com hidromassagem, que por sinal bem limpo! A cozinha tem tudo, desde utensílios como panela, pratos, até microondas e cafeteira. Realmente muito bom! Acredito que melhor do que muitos hotéis de luxo, em grandes cidades que já me hospedei! Estão de parabéns, a nota é 10 para todos os quesitos!

Local limpo, aconchegante, tranquilo o senhor João gente boa, simpática, o senhor Nivaldo também. Só acho que poderia reformular o chalé para ter microondas, assim se precisar esquentar alguma coisa não precisa ir na área da piscina, somente isso restante muito bom
