Is a beautiful duplex apartment with great location and great amenities. We had a great time staying here will definitely stay there again. We did get to use the pool/beach on the premises because we were exploring the island everyday. Every quiet building have to respect the neighbors who some are residents.

Our 5-night stay at The Otium was extremely disappointing. Check-in: The door code provided did not work. After calling, I was given a code to a lockbox to get a physical key. When I used that key, the entire door lock fell off. I had to put it back together myself. Amenities: The unit had no washcloths. I reported it on arrival and was told they were out and would bring some the next day. They never did. I called again and was told again that none were available. They were never provided during our entire stay, so I had to purchase my own. Entertainment: Neither TV in the unit worked. I reported this and was told maintenance would be notified. It was never fixed. Facilities: The pool was closed for painting for our entire stay. Noise: Roosters crowed every single morning starting at 4 AM non-stop until about 7 AM. We were woken up early every day and could not go back to sleep. We flew 1,463 miles for this vacation. Between the broken lock, lack of basic necessities, no TV, no pool access, and being woken up at 4 AM every morning, this was a horrible stay. Oh and I forgot to mention the elevators close to our room was not working and they do not reimburse for anything. They constantly ask do you need anything but everything that you ask for the ignore you. I will not recommend this property to anyone.
