It was ok, the room was pretty clean and nice and cool. There was a lot of trash in the hallways that was picked up. An old property in need of fixing up. Check in process was very smooth and staff was friendly.

Room was adequate, internet did not work. What saves this property is the indoor pool, it is great for families. Location was somewhat off the beaten for us but as ok.

This is my preferred hotel when travelling to the Louisville area. You will not find a better hotel in this price range. Also it is just 5-10 minutes across the bridge to downtown Louisville. Clean, nice rooms, quiet and safe.

Staff was great and very helpful but property was not as advertised and the amount of pot smoking inside the hotel was just horrendous especially when traveling with young children.

Place was nasty and the refrigerator was leaking and had a rag in the bottom of it and has mold on it!!! All I have to say is don't stay here and if you do get your money back!!

We were confused and when we booked online and called everything was going to the radisson, we did not know we had reservations at the derby hotel (big difference) although it’s under change and a bit confusing it was overall a good stay. The kids absolutely loved the pool!

The pictures on Hotels.com do not match the rooms. No microwave in the rooms. Ice machine only on second floor. Had issue with the plumbing the first night there and had to be moved to another room. Second room had an issue with the shower not working right.

Pool was nice, room needed a little work, overall à good stay for the price. Only problem I really had was when I rented the room it stated that there were queen sized beds in the room, but they were full sized beds. We really needed the queens, so we won’t likely stay here again unless we only need one king bed.

Stayed 2 weeks. 1 week longer than I wanted to. Tried to get out of 2nd week. Notified them 3 days in advance. They just blew me off. Had to beg them to change my sheets after 11 days. Never cleaned the carpet. Had to go up front and get my own towels everyday. I'm still in this town another 4 to 6 weeks but I'm not there.

Pool is connected to the radisson which is very nice however the derby suites look sketchy and run down. Pictures are very misleading, it reeks of smoke when you walk in. Will not stay there again.

Draperies are ripped throughout as i closed them. Pillows are about the size of my hand. The shower felt like it was about to rip out the wall and the shower head sprayed half the water to the ceiling. White residue on dresser and side table. People smoking right outside the door.

Pool was closed, there was a shared pool with hotel next door. But had to walk all the way around to be able to use it. The whole hotel smelled like burnt plastic, the rooms and showers were filthy. Our bed sheets were white but covered in stains.
