Staffs were very courteous and helpful; they went above and beyond to accommodate us well.
Rooms are very tiny, and so the bathroom- however the room service gave their best to keep them clean.

The room was clean. But the major issue was the fact they purposely removed the light switch so if you wanted to turn off the lights, you hard to remove the room card from the power switch. So that meant you couldn’t charge your phone or use the bathroom at night unless you put the card back in the power switch and the lights would turn off. It was terrible. How do they expect 3 people in a room to stay like that? Also the shower was an open shower, so water would be all over the bathroom floor.

L’ensemble du personnel a été à la fois accueillant, attentif et parfaitement organisé, ce qui a rendu mon expérience particulièrement agréable.
