We had a beautiful stay at Safrani Suites. All the staff were so friendly and accommodating — they were incredibly helpful with recommendations and assisted with everything we needed, including booking quad bikes during our stay. A particular shout-out to our housekeeper Maria, who couldn't have been more amazing if she tried. She greeted us with a smile every morning. There was a great breakfast choice each morning too, with a nice mix of self-service and table service. It's a 20-25 minute walk into Fira, which is a lovely walk — we'd recommend turning left out of the hotel as there is more of a footpath. We'd definitely recommend hiring a quad or a car for a few days to explore Oia, Kamari and Perissa. Great location — we would definitely stay again if we came back to Santorini!

We received a complimentary upgrade to an incredible room! The staff have been very accommodating to requests and even gave us their personal recommendations and offered to book experiences on their behalf. Highly recommended! There’s very frequent connections to the town centre or a short 15mins walk to Fira which is the bus terminal.
