Excellent séjour, personnel extrêmement aimable. Le cadre est magnifique et reposant. Les activités sont sympa. Cependant les normes d'étoiles ne sont pas les mêmes qu'en Europe. Pour ceux qui sont exigeants le complexe touristique est en dessous des 5 étoiles annoncées.

The first thing to note is that there are two hotels on the property - La Gazelle d'Or and La Coupole - and unless you are staying in a villa or a tent, your room will be in La Coupole which is a 3-star hotel at best. Rooms are dark and drab and lack basic amenities such as clothes hangers, a kettle, a hairdryer etc. Furthermore, bedroom doors must be slammed shut or they won't fully close. If the hotel was full, I suspect this would become a major noise issue for guests. As a guest at La Coupole, you must also pay extra to use the main pool. There is a smaller pool for La Coupole guests. Breakfast is basic but adequate and staff are generally helpful.

We booked a 6-person family room for our family of 6. When we arrived at the property, it took talking to a manager to get them to give us that room instead of a double. There’s some problem between the property and Expedia that doesn’t let you book the right room for the right price that is clear for all. Also had a poor experience at the buffet dinner restaurant with the wait staff giving our table away when we went to fill our plates and making us wait for 20 minutes to get another table set up for us. The facilities and atmosphere was amazing! It was disappointing that the customer service was not up to par.

Très bel hôtel dans une très belle région à découvrir. Ici le temps est suspendu et le stress s’évapore très vite , on revient à l’essentiel Le spa est une merveille et on devient addictif ! Les repas sont généreux et excellents Le personnel est d’une gentillesse qu’on ne trouve nulle part ailleurs ! Merci aux réceptionnistes , aux chauffeur, aux cuisiniers , aux femmes de chambre, aux jardiniers et tous les autres qui travailleurs dur pour satisfaire toutes les demandes . Mille merci !!!! Je reviendrai l’hiver c sur

There are lots of great things about this place. It's like an oasis, dunes are right there. Staff was super friendly and welcoming. The pool area is nice. However. I think they are doing misleading marketing. I booked a place in La Gazelle d 'Or and was directed to La Coupola, which is a different hotel within the premises. I would say 2 star rooms. No major complaints but basic rooms and ear plugs are a must if you want to sleep well. Bed was good. Breakfast was good as well. Lots of fresh fruits and vegetables. It's a bit of a hassle to get outside the hotel. Taxi is needed (ask for Razak). I wish they would feed and take care of the stray cats around the hotel. It's heartbreaking to see them in such a bad shape.

Si l'hôtel en lui même est somptueux au premier abord. Nous avons été bien déçus par la suite. Envoyé vers un autre hôtel "la coupole" (qui est clairement le bas de gamme du complexe) nous sommes accueilli par une hôtesse arrogante qui peine à trouver notre réservation, celle ci ayant été faite sur internet. Passé ce moment désagréable qui dénote du reste du personnel qui est en majorité sympathique, les chambres sont sales, sols, mini réfrigérateur, douches (cf photos) , difficile de prendre la douche des petits car l'eau passe du froid au chaud sans transition, l'eau est donc gaspiller en plein désert. Le petit déjeuner... honteux. Des tables sales, non nettoyées, des mouches mortes sur le buffet, de la charcuterie décolorée tellement qu'elle a pris la chaleur et je ne parle pas des crudités. La salade de fruits fraîche mais qui baigne dans de l'oasis.. dommage. Par contre le café est bon et les viennoiseries aussi. Les activités proposées sont sympas (balade en calèche et à dos de chameau, etc.. monsieur très sympa qui aime les animaux) Et les piscines propres (sauf les transats de la piscine centrale) Mais nous avons été déçus par le manque d'authenticité d'un hôtel au coeur du désert Algérien. En Bref, grosse déception. Nous ne le conseillons pas, sauf si vous recherchez une pale copie des Dubai et compagnie.
