Too noisy - asked for a quiet room and was put on street side 9th floor right below a night flu’s subwoofer that went non-stop until 2am. Then the trains street side started at 5am. Great staff, super friendly but not a place where you can actually sleep - more like a nightclub with bedrooms attached.

This is actually the first I'm hearing about it, but I have to say it again: that hotel? It's got such a cool vibe. Seriously, from the moment you walk up to the check-in counter, through the bar area, and even just looking around the hotel itself, it's all just really well done. It feels like they put a lot of thought into the design. The staff really made the place, honestly. It had such a great feel to it, you know? You could see them bustling around the hotel and bar, and they just looked genuinely pleased to be there, with real smiles. I'd absolutely return, no question.

The only problem I had was the FIFTA Soccer semifinals where held the day I was to check in and all streets to the hotel were blocked by the police because of the celebration. I was not able to get to my room until after midnight. This after a long day in the air.

Had no clue there was breakfast, check in was confusing because its behind the bar unless you know that you walk around for 10 minutes and ask. The club on the top floor stayed open until about 130/2 am and being put in a room on the 7th floor is extremely loud.

One of the worst hotels I’ve been to in Atlanta. Was told at check in, I could park across the street overnight with access to come and go. Not true. Paid each time I entered. They held the rooftop hostage as if it was really a sight to see. Very boring with obscured views. Rooms are really small. No fridge, no microwave. The city view was a view of the top of many buildings not the one I was expecting. The train near by, very loud. The restaurant on the inside was a 2/10. They squeezed all my food onto one plate, I guess expecting for me to eat out my hands. One and done, I would never go back here. I do not recommend.

The property was beautiful and conveniently located near everything we needed. My family and I stayed here while attending a game at State Farm Arena and doing some sightseeing, and the location was excellent. I also appreciated that the property provides extra supplies in the “Stash” for guests if needed. Unfortunately, when we were instructed to get toilet paper from there, the supply was empty. We called the front desk and were told that toilet paper would be delivered to our room. After several follow-up calls, we were eventually informed that, due to a language barrier, the toilet paper had been delivered to the wrong room. Unfortunately, we never received it. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and loved the property, but improving communication and ensuring that guest supply stations remain stocked would make the experience even better.

This staff deserves all the praise. EVERYONE was so nice, accommodating, helpful, friendly, everything. They remembered who we were when we came and went. I can't say enough great things about the staff here. This hotel is 1 of a kind. It's almost Vegas lite. The lobby is a true hangout spot with a bar, great music, comfortable seating, a great connected restaurant (Shout out to Eggslut) and garage style doors that roll up and make it a cool, inviting vibe and atmosphere. We really didn't have to leave. I will DEFINITELY be staying here again when I'm in Atlanta.

Pros: The hotel was clean and well maintained and close to the aquarium. Cons: Parking was a nightmare. It was very crowded to the point of not being able to pull in for the valet. None of the staff seemed to want to help. They were much more interested in chatting with each other or their friends. We could not get toilet paper or other basic supplies without calling or stopping by the desk multiple times. There were no trash cans provided in the rooms. We could hear the music from parties either in the hotel or around us the majority of the night. The view out the window was of a parking garage and dumpster so close that there was very little natural light from the window.

Parking will be $50-60 per night. Valet or Local parking lot (prices are similar) The food and drinks were good, the room was nice but all my dissapointment is centered around the fact that I specifically paid for a room with a city view, as someone who lives locally I was very excited for that view. The only view I got was of the abandoned looking building across the street. When I booked it said there were 5 additional city view rooms, so I’m not sure what happened there.

Our bartender, Bri, was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond by creating a personalized list of places for us to visit during our stay in Atlanta, which made our trip even more memorable. We were in Atlanta for four days on business, but thanks to the incredible hospitality, it truly felt like a vacation. Every member of the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive, and the hotel was impeccably clean—far exceeding our expectations. We enjoyed dinner at the hotel and made reservations for the rooftop, both of which were fantastic. The food was exceptional, and the drinks at the bar were just as impressive. We also had breakfast at The Eggslut, and it was absolutely delicious. From the outstanding service to the beautiful atmosphere, every part of our stay was exceptional. I’ve been telling everyone back home about what a wonderful experience we had at the Moxy. We can’t wait to come back!

Valet was great very helpful. Check-in was easy. The room didn’t have a fridge. Lights under the bed was cool at first until you woke up in the middle of the night and they blinded you immediately to go to the bathroom. It was conveniently near the world of Coca-Cola and Georgia Aquarium. Hotel receptionist next morning was somewhat helpful, but I called Hotels.com to some verify information. Once I did the hotel receptionist called the room and seemed like she had an attitude all because I wanted to make sure I wasn’t going to get double charged for breakfast.

Stayed at the Moxy Downtown Atlanta and had a great experience overall. We booked one of the bunk bed rooms, which was a big hit with our older kids—they absolutely loved it. The room was clean, comfortable, and had the fun, modern vibe that Moxy is known for. One downside was finding the hotel entrance. It was a bit confusing to locate when we first arrived, and better signage would be helpful. I also appreciated the honesty at check-in. The staff let us know that Moxy is a “music hotel” and that the nightclub can get quite loud on upper floors from Wednesday through the weekend. Overall, a fun, family-friendly stay with clean accommodations, comfortable beds, and a unique atmosphere. I’d stay here again, especially with older kids who enjoy something a little different than a traditional hotel.…PS 3 bottles of Coke cost $22 bucks in lobby.
