we felt at home, place overall new and was super clean, staff was amazingly helpful and accommodating, breakfast was excellent included a good selection of fresh fruits and bakery products, coffee and tea options, enjoyed the terrace at breakfast and at the end of the day. The area was safe and a short walk to restaurants, parks and the metro station to enjoy the city attractions. Highly recommended.

Great location, extremely clean, modern, well maintained facility, with an extraordinarily friendly and helpful staff and front desk; Jose was amazing! Was upgraded to a junior suite; room was immaculate, shower was hot, nice soaps and shampoos. Best part of the stay was the hospitality and the continental breakfast on the second floor open air patio; an amazingly relaxing experience, watching woodpeckers while drinking coffee above the beautiful La Condesa in Mexico City. Great value; can’t recommend highly enough!

Great location, great staff, perfect for our trip! We mostly use the room for sleeping and didn't spend much time enjoying the amenities, but the everything was clean and well curated. The upstairs balcony was beautiful with a very nice continental breakfast. The manager/owner was extremely responsive and helpful with all my questions and needs. The room has an air conditioning fan, which was really nice, but are could’ve been a more effective.

Our room looked the same each day as when we first arrived, it was spotless. Comfortable beds, quality bedding, beautiful decor, a lot of attention went into the details. Location perfect. Condesa is an urban jungle, very calming and family friendly. Close to Parque Mexico, Roma Norte, Anthropology Museum, we walked everywhere. Staff amazing! Friendly and professional. Manager helped navigate Uber to Pyramids when we were not familiar. Would highly recommend this stay to all my friends. Thank you!

José at the front desk was incredibly helpful. Our plane arrived late and they sent us the codes for the front door and our room since the desk isn’t staffed at night. The included continental breakfast (Mexican pastries, yogurt, fruit, cereal, coffee, tea, juice) was filling and served from 8-10:30 on the lovely rooftop patio. The neighborhood (Condesa) is quiet but has many lovely cafes. Also, since Uber isn’t currently allowed at the airport (when arriving) it’s worth it to use the hotel’s car service. The first taxi company in the Arrivals hall whose desk we stopped at tried to charge us 1000 Mexican pesos. Luckily José had told me that it should be around 400 pesos and we just went to the next desk.

My friend and I spent 4 nights at La Casa del Mural and really enjoyed our stay. The area is perfect for walking with tons of cafes and delicious places to eat. It’s also in a great location to walk to many other areas of Mexico City. La Condesa felt very safe for two women walking at night. La Casa del Mural is very cute and well put together. The top balcony was a great place to start the day with the breakfast and coffee the hotel provides. It’s also the perfect place to sit and have a cup of tea at the end of the day. Jose was wonderful. He gave us great recommendations and was available for any questions or requests. The rooms are very cute and come with everything you need. We asked for a fan to help circulate the air and Jose brought it up that day. We will definitely be bac!
